Best Sewer Line Replacement in Charlotte NC

In a kitchen remodel from hell, Jason has been a shining light. Hyperbole aside, my experience with Jason was easy, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions for the future. He was cordial and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 would recommend, I will use them in the future and you should too. My brother in law offered me his unlicensed uninsured services at 50% off Jason’s rate - knowing what I know now, I would go with Jason even if he offered to do it for free.

Technicians Michael Lopez and colleague were professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. Good customer service. Bill Ferguson my initial contact was great too.

Guitar and Cody @ Charlotte Plumbing were wonderful -- they fixed a leak under my crawl space and were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to others. I was so pleased they were able to come so quickly -- just a few hours after I called them. Same day service -- problem gone!

They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

We had a plumbing issue in the late evening and called to see if we could someone out ASAP. As promised our tech Lian texted when he was on the way. As it turned out there was a clog somewhere between the house clean out and sewer clean out. He explained two access options to resolve the problem and explained that one service was more expensive. We wanted to go with the least costly which involved going through the house clean out; however we were unsure where it was because we had only moved in two weeks earlier. Lian was so helpful in looking for the clean out and with our permission, got a shovel from his truck and moved mulch around looking for it in order to save us money. The service was a bit pricey but it was not any different than our expectation. In addition we were given an estimate after he identified the problem and he went the extra mile to help keep our cost as low as possible. He worked very hard and was very friendly and professional! We really appreciated the quick response and resolution so that we could get back to normal the next morning. We will definitely call them again if we have another plumbing emergency!

This is the best plumbing business in Charlotte. Mary is a wonderful owner and all of their work is good quality at a great value. They really care about their customers and always go the extra mile. There's really no other reason to use anyone else in Charlotte.

My review is based on initial inspection and estimate. The gentleman that came was very polite and professional. Maybe I'm out of touch with pricing these days but I had laminate flooring put in and needed my pedestal sink raised ½inch to fit the pedestal or a vanity at that same sink also I had problem with a bad cartridge in a shower preventing me from getting hot water after years of use. I was quoted $1300 to raise sink to fit pedestal or $1500 to install vanity and almost $500 to fix bad cartridge in shower... well it pays to get 2nd opinion or estimate because I found another company to do for lil over $800.. it took 6 hours total for one worker which included a ½ lunch that I gratefully paid for and a 40 minute store run by this same worker to Lowes to buy the right cartrige for shower...so 5- 5½ hours worth of work for $800+ instead of $2000.

Tony was magnificent. He was very educating and knowledgeable. Helped me with his superb skillset with diagnosing my plumbing concerns. I would recommend Tony with bliss plumbing.

Jeremiah came to install a p.r.v at existing water heater . Changed the tandp valve also. And expansion tank. Very nice and professional. Clean his work areas when completed . All a1 guy. Thank u Jeremiah

John did an excellent job replacing the water cut off valve and supply line on my toilet.I wanted to get my repairs done today and he was able to fit me in after finishing his current job. He texted to let me know when he would arrive. John is very kind and friendly. He was easy to talk with and respectful of my house. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done,letting me know it should take and keeping it affordable. I greatly appreciated his help today. I would highly recommend him to others as well as my using him again.
