Adam W. did a very thorough job fixing a leak in our kitchen sink. He communicated well about the issue and potential solutions. He also performed several additional services such as testing our water pressure and water quality. I would definitely work with Adam again.

I called for someone to come out to help this Monday 10-11-21 and Tuesday Josh arrived at the time they called and said he would. Josh was knowledgably and very professional. He walked me through everything and explained what caused the issues we were having. He was able to fix it right on the spot for us, told me it would take about 30 minutes and he got right to it. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Matthew was an amazing tech. He came out very professionally and nice. Looked for the problem and explained everything that was going on with my plumbing along with pictures. I am a listing agent and This company was selected by the buyer to complete a plumbing inspection. The tech who arrived, SCOTT, was punctual, informative, have very helpful tips and was honest. He wants looking for more work to add to the bill, but did do a thorough inspection of everything. The price quoted for the necessary repairs was very reasonable.

I used AAA city plumbing for a quote on running a gas line for gas logs. The person that came out to do the estimate was friendly, clean cut and professional. They were upfront that they charge for an estimate but if you elect to do the work you get that back as a credit and I was fine with that. Based on reviews I saw I had confidence the estimate was going to be competitive.

Well, the person that came out looked over the job then had to call the office to get the estimate. He came back in and told us the job was going to be over $3,000. We were amazed since it appeared to be a straight forward job. We are on a crawl space and already have gas appliances. When we asked why it was so expensive he could not tell us. He even said the materials were minimal cost and it was at most a 3/4 day job. So I questioned him again that if the job was going to take 3/4 of a day and the materials were minimal was their labor charge $200-$300 an hour? He laughed and said apparently the commercials they run must be expensive because he is not getting that much money.

We have since gotten 3 additional estimates all from licensed and insured plumbers that range from 600 to 875. If AAA city plumbing did not want to do the job I would have rather them tell me that versus taking my money for the estimate and giving me a ridiculous quote that nobody in their right mind would accept.

Based on the reviews here my experience was not a normal one for this company and I hope other people have better luck than I did.

Update after hearing from the Owner (see below): The owner of the company has reached out to me and we discussed my experience. He was extremely apologetic and explained what happened and the steps he has taken to ensure this does not happen again. He additionally offered to refund my money. Based on this experience I have revised my rating and will be happy to give this company another chance if I need plumbing services in the future.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

I had an excellent experience today with both the booking agent Melissa and electrician Ben when contacting IRV for a small electrical job I needed help with at my house. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily, they stayed in communication regarding the visit and the arrival time was within the window quoted. The service tech was both friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased and will be sure to use this company in the future!

John is not only super friendly, but super honest, and willing to work with you on anything related to plumbing. We had an issue with one of our fittings he had worked on, he came back out late and night, fixed it, and didn't charge us one penny.

Previously, John has worked on our drain lines, installed a backflow valve, and re-did the valves for our bathroom showers. All quality work done for a great price.

Hire this guy, he's amazing, I wish there were more contractors like him.

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!

I used their pet rescue service and I have to tell you it was absolutely amazing! Lizzie arrived so quickly and was so caring and gave us such peace of mind. Honestly, my life line.
