These guys are awesome! We called the night before when our sinks and disposals were clogged desperate for them to come either that night or in the morning! They showed up and took are of everything and even talked to us about what we should and shouldn't put down the disposal. Couldn't be more happier with service!! Recommend them to everyone!

Mr. Rooter provided professional, quality service on a huge water leak which could be neither identified or resolved by two other plumbing companies. The owner, William, was available and helpful with issues ranging from preventative maintenance advice to working with Charlotte Water to get a partial refund for the extremely high water bills caused by the leak, which Mr. Rooter's technician found quickly. The Head Technician Matt was honest and capable, discovered the leak in a matter of minutes and gave excellent advice. Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. It's winter... It's freezing and my pipes decided to burst while I was at work. I called Roto-Rooters due to their reviews online. Within the hour Steve Mumpower was at my home calming me down and assuring me how everything would be handled and taken care of. He explained the process to me and called to see when the mitigation team and plumber team would arrive. Although Steve completed his portion of the job he continuously checked in on me for the next 3 hours until all members of the mitigation team arrived. So far I am satisfied with my decision to be serviced by Roto-Rooter. I will keep everyone updated with the completion of the work.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters in the future!

I’m very happy with the work that was completed for us. John is a super nice guy and the price for everything we had done was incredible. He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater. If you need plumbing work this guy is definitely the person you need to call. I know I will be using him for anything we may have again

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

I called this company and got immediate response, and Reed arrived at my residence promptly, he was very professional and knows his job very well. Roto-Rooter is replacing my neighbor's external sewer line. They decided to dump half of the dug-up dirt on our yard/driveway. They also, without our consent or prior knowledge, inspected our sewer line to see if we had similar issues. They may do great work for their customers, but these actions were totally unprofessional.

Reggie is the best. He was on time and solved my problem real fast and was very friendly.
