When you wake up on a snowy morning with the unmistakable sound of water leaking from your water heater and spraying everywhere... you’d better have Charlotte Plumbing on your speed dial!
In spite of the snow, they came in immediately and saved me from a potential disaster. The 1989 water heater had to be retired, I decided to go tankless and Marty & Matt came 2 days later, the job was not easy as we installed the new equipment in a totally different location but by the end of the day I had endless hot water, a beautiful tankless, a spotless work area and a big smile on my face! Another amazing job by Rapid-Rooter Charlotte. Chris Jones and his helper Chris M. were polite, skilled and efficient this morning as they changed out my sink disposal and fixed the bathroom P-trap. The prices are reasonable and the workmanship is fantastic. Thank you!

While the service man was polite, they caused a leak and flooding to my house during the repair of a toilette without a leak. The owner hired flood medics to dry out the house, repaint and redo my bathroom floor. Approx a year later, the work isn't completed and it has been months since the Owner of the plumbing company has called or the owner of flood medics has called to ensure that the work has been completed. I need to have my home appraised now and my vinyl floor was put down crooked and they ran out of product so the entire floor couldn't even be finished poorly in the interim.
I don't have disposable income to correct this error and trusted them to correct the flood caused by their careless plumber. I will post pictures. I waited nearly a year to voice a complaint or express frustration with the lack of follow through and customer service.
I wouldn't trust either company to do, even the smallest job.

Stan did a great job clearing tree roots in the pipes and getting our toilets working again quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond his normal job duties to assist. I recommend him to anyone in the Huntersville/Cornelius area & surrounding areas.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

This is an honest review and as I sit here on day two yet another day home from work to wait for the plumber I have a few things to say. I had a gas line installed for a stove. The line was put in however the rest of the story can be classified as sloppy. First and foremost whenever a company is going to saw, drill or cut walls be sure they are covering surrounding areas and immediate flooring, my house is covered in fine dust. To an extend some is acceptable, but no attempt was made to cover the immediate area- sloppy work. The outside extension pipe that was put in was spray Painted, however no attempt was made to deflect the paint and my siding was spray painted silver as a result, perhaps I would recommend your company carry some spare cardboard to back a spray paint job- again sloppy.I spent a day out of work to wait for an inspector, once he came he noticed that the there was no pressure. He left , I called IRV again , they came back and the value that was used was faulty. A waste of my time and the inspectors- do they not test this equipment before- sloppy. Additionally a access panel was left on my counter, not sure if I was to install it, but the inspector wanted it installed, I attempted myself but the hack job of a hole that was cut is not even big enough.Finally for some reason they removed the tip brace from the floor and that is missing. When you remove something why not put it back where it was. They insist it was left on my counters, but it is gone, again something the inspector wanted and now I am unclear what to do, do I go to Lowe’s and buy one? - why is it my responsibility? I know the new stove will come with one but that delivery will no need to be postponed because they can’t hook up a gas stove without a clean inspection.—-sloppy.I was not home during this install or I would have most likely caught all of this, however to pay the price of this install $1375. 00 work was necessary. Final thoughts- never again.

John did a excelent job with our work replacing water cut off valves. Very professional at their work. Finished in a timely manner and friendly.

We had a variety of small jobs needed to get our powder room up to date. Brett was quick to respond, thorough, and fees were very reasonable. Did a great clean up too! We’ll definitely be using him again for our plumbing needs!

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.
