I am very pleased with Option One Plumbing, which handle a Saturday service call. Company is highly responsive, professional and offers fair prices. Tim quickly assessed the cause and location of our clogged kitchen drainpipe. Our 60-year old house has old pipes that required some extra effort to clean, and Tim handled the job with professionalism and a great attitude. He also clearly explained how reworking/ replacing some of the piping could mitigate future issues and quoted the job without any pressure. I highly recommend Tim and Option One Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

Customer Services was responsive friendly and attentive to our needs, They scheduled a tech for us within a 2 hour window. Our tech, Stan arrived in about an hour and was also attentive, knowledgeable and professional. He promptly got to work and found cause of the problem in a very short period of time. Once the work was completed he suggested additional tips and services for up keep. Thanks again Stan.

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

This is my second time calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters for work at my home. Both times, the technicians arrived on-time. If they can get there earlier they will call you and let you know that they are on there way. They come in covid ready with masks and booties and get right to the problem. They spoke with my home warranty company, got the approval and did the job on the spot. The technicians were neat and clean with their work. I have since recommended them to a client of mine.

Stan was amazing. We suddenly had issues with water backing up in a ground floor tub just has family arrived for Christmas. Stan was here within an hour of us calling for help. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took extreme care in his work and detail in explaining what he was doing. They are amazing! They were on time and called ahead to make sure I had a good time. They assessed the problem and then explained it to me. They then gave me options to solve the problems I was having. After I made my decision, they got the job done very quickly. They were both very polite and respectful to me and my home. I will definitely call in the future if needed!

Mitch showed up on-time and was very professional and personable. He provided various options to service/clean my drain, which had a slow leak. resolved the issue in a timely manner, and left things as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I feel I received great service and would use Osborne again for my future plumbing needs.
