As a General Manager, I rely on Queen City when I have a plumbing issue. Lord knows, I don't know anything about pipes and plumbing. Fernando has been to the property a couple of times, but today he really showed me what Queen City Plumbing can do! Fernando was fast and explained to me everything he was doing before he had to turn water off. I asked him toilet issue questions I had that didn't have anything to do with why he came today and he answered them and even looked into it for me. He is a great worker and I always love when they send him because I know the job is going to get done and at a reasonable time.

My dad is in his 80s and realized his hot water heater was not working so he called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they sent Bill out right away.My dad suffers from asbestosis, resulting from years of hard labor, is on oxygen and having life-threatening complications in the last several months. He was given a quote to replace the hot water heater and agreed to the price given. They started the work immediately.My mom called me as soon as she realized the price my dad had agreed to with concern that they were being overcharged. I spoke to the dispatcher and Bill The technician at my parents house and got a detailed explanation of services planned and a receipt of exactly what they were doing and the charges Associated with each item.I called around to two other plumbing agencies and received quotes over the phone based on the information provided by Bill and both quotes were $1100 less Than Benjamin Franklin‘s quote including Taxes, inspections, bringing things up to code, and any other potential miscellaneous charges that may be needed.I explained to Bill that my dad’s lack of oxygen and the fact that he’s not feeling well impairs his ability to think clearly and exert himself more than five minutes causing him to make impulsive decisions just to get tasks completed. I explained that I was the power of attorney and I felt that the charges were excessive and inquired what I could do to make things fair as the work had already begun. I explain to him that I had already spoken to my dad who told me that he had already given Bill his permission to start the work and agree to the price and Did not want to go back on his word and moral integrity that that entails. But as power of attorney I feel the responsibility is mine to advocate on behalf of my dad so I continued on with my inquiries and pursuit of getting my parents a fair deal. Bill told me that I would need to speak to his manager as he had nothing to do with the prices.I left a message with the manager an hour ago and have not heard back. I called back to my parents and my dad has already paid and Bill was gone leaving two other technicians there to finish the job. I would like to think That the people at Benjamin Franklin plumbing are reasonable and compassionate people and despite the fact that they had already been paid would have enough integrity and moral principles themselves to make this right.Bills rationale for the difference in price Was the superior customer service that would be available to them if problems should arise. But in my opinion it doesn’t matter And for that matter I would hope for $3800 there would be no problems but if there were, for another thousand dollars, They could pay any plumber to come fix any problems that may occur and the money and decision should be parents choice to make how they handle, not paid in advance in case there’s problems?I wonder if the manager will call me back?

Mr. Rooter came out to service our tankless water heater. The technician was professional and extremely knowledgable, as well as polite and conscientious. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again when plumbing issues arise. I had contacted another plumber first, as I am still fairly new to the area, and they quoted me a much higher price. Mr. Rooter is reasonable and top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Shane and Frankie stuck around until every pipe was in place and in working order. They were polite, friendly and more importantly professional and efficient at what they do.

This is the second time I have used Rapid Rooter. John Bird came both times and was very prompt in arriving and had the kitchen drains on two different houses unclogged in no time. I thought their price was reasonable for having to go on the roof and unclog via the roof vent. Used the coupon and saved even more. Will use Rapid rooter on my next plumbing event.

Brett is a really great person to work with. He is so knowledgeable and you will be in good hands with his business. You never want to have to call a plumber but it sure is nice to have a good one you can trust when you need them!

We are purchasing a new home in the Charlotte area. We hired Lee to perform a sewer scope inspection as part of the due diligence process. Lee immediately responded the first time we called him. I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.

These guys were great. I had an older water heater that needed to be replaced and the second they could they were at my house fixing it - even during a thunderstorm! Only took a couple hours and it looks and works great. Very happy to be able to take hot showers again thanks to them!

I've used IRV a few times now for plumbing issues and a gas leak. They've always been quick to respond and professional. Contacted John on a Sunday about a really bad leak coming from our master bathroom into our garage. He came out first thing Monday morning. He came in assessed the leak and within 10 mins found the issue and had everything readily available to do the repair. He even notice that we had no drain cap in our front yard and took care of that as well! Super friendly, down to earth and professional. We didn't have a plumber before today but he's definitely our go to plumber moving forward! Do not hesitate to call him
