Best Sewer Line Cleaning in Charlotte NC

I installed a new faucet in my home and was having water pressure issues. He was able to guide me toward a potential fix on the PHONE and it worked! No charge whatsoever. These are the guys/gals who deserve a shoutout for stellar customer service. 12/10 would recommend.

tankless water heater valve froze and blew during the cold snap we had a few nights ago. Knocked out all our hot water as of the night before Christmas Eve. Queen City originally had my appointment for Tuesday, but wrote me back and had a cancellation spot available for Monday instead. Technician Donald and his assistant Comorey were extremely friendly, took care of the issue (which was more difficult than originally thought), and took every necessary step to communicate and check that that issue was resolved. Great customer service!

Josh Brackett thoroughly cleaned my water heater and explained how dirt accumulated in it. He showed me how the dirt was being flushed through the plumbing when he turned on the kitchen faucet. He also explained why I kept hearing the water surging in the toilet.

Jeremy was simply awesome; he was as professional as he was genuinely a very good guy!

Refused to quote fees over the phone and said they had to access onsite. Said there was no service call fee. I’m thinking they will be the same or better than other plumbers called. They were over $200 more than a plumber with a wknd service fee. The man they sent was very nice so I used them and he literally read charges from a preprinted laminated clipboard. I would never use them again so beware.

I will always recommend this place to anyone , she runs a good honest place.

It was a Sunday and my shower faucet had broken. I called Charlotte plumbing masters from the time I called they were very professional. They got to me quick and fixed the problem. Great service!!!

Tony arrived within the time window provided, assessed, and resolved the issue with our tankless water heater in minutes. He also took the time explain what to do in the future if we lose power and temperatures are below freezing.

IRV Plumbing and Tony Williams get the highest rating from us. We needed a new hot water heater. We called IRV and they would have come that day, but we couldn't do it then so we scheduled for the next morning. Tony arrived at about 10 a.m. and determined the tank was cracked. He wrote up three options for replacing it, and after we picked one, he installed the new water heater himself because no installation crews were available that day. He explained everything carefully, including the differences in the three options he offered. The whole thing was done in one day and one phone call. And the corner of the garage where the water heater is located is now cleaner than it was when Tony got here. This was A+ service all the way around.

They do outstanding work! Very respectful, professional and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough about McCoy Plumbing. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful. We had a major sewer line repair and we really couldn't have asked for someone better to do the job. I highly recommend their work.

This is by far the best company to trust with your complicated construction needs. An experienced tradesman got a failed drainage component out of our concrete slab and made everything look better than brand new! Cleaned up the job site spotless. We will definitely be using again. Thanks y’all!

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

They fixed my toilet and leak. So far so good and no issues as of now.
