2/23/22 - Sooooo, I held on to my fridge magnet for Julian's Plumbing from 2017 when they came out for repair. Glad I did! Had leaky shower valve this morning & Julian's was out within 3 hrs. from when I called.
Just as professional and punctual as before. This guy knows his stuff.

Paul Glover and the entire team at Queen City helped prevent a catastrophic gas explosion due to a major gas leak at our restaurant, which was built back in the 60s. Very thankful for their work, responsiveness, and professionalism. I must’ve called 15 different companies before I found someone who could actually do the job in a timely manner. They kept me up to date on the progress of the work and did a very thorough job detecting other areas that were leaking. They even came out to help us with the inspection and it’s something not many companies will do. We really appreciated that level of service esp since the owners don’t speak much English. If you ever need any work done, Queen City is the best choice around and we highly recommend them.

They covered their shoes when entering our home and gave us several different price quotes for the job, We didn't feel pressured to pick the most expensive option to fix the problem. Seem to have real empathy with a client who has no hot water. Came very quickly, provided a reasonable estimate and installed new heater on a Sunday. I feel as though Waide the technician has actually become a friend. Both my wife and I learned a lot. Can’t imagine using any other plumber in the future. Very reasonable price.

I initially called on a Sunday afternoon when I discovered an issue with my hot water heater. The gentleman I spoke with indicated he would be more than happy to come out, but might not have the part I needed. He didnt want me to spend the $$$ for a weekend call and set up a time for someone to come the next day - more likely to be able to get any parts needed.

Chris J. came out the next day and was very easy to work with. Fast and efficient. He found the problem and was able to repair it without any issues. I don’t know what this type of work typically costs, but it didn’t seem too bad. Plus, there’s something to be said for having the problem fixed within about 24 hours and saving the weekend call fee. These guys were very easy to work with and I’ll likely be calling them if I need any future fixes.

These guys are awesome. Very professional and yet down to earth. We had water seeping up from under one of our walls and couldn't find the source. All Hours Plumbing came out immediately and fixed the problem for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

If you are looking for a quality, trustworthy, and affordable plumber, then look no further! Ritchie plumbing are rockstars. We had our hot water heater give out a couple days before Christmas, impeccable timing. John (the plumber) came out on Christmas Eve night and stayed for hours fixing the problem. That alone was above and beyond, but his service could not have been better! I highly recommend working with John and Ritchie plumbing for all you plumbing needs!

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.
