Had drain line moved for a new a/c system. Easy and fast. Awesome costume skills. Told and show me what needed to be done. In no time he was finish. No extra cost for the services. No add on sales to drive up cost.

The plumber was extremely helpful and took his time trying to help us with our problem. When he was unable to fix it because of a septic tank problem, he tried to help us find someone else who could fix it. For the amount of time he spent trying to help us, the price charged was very fair.

Had them come out to install a tankless water heater for us. Their quote was fair and detailed and the tech did an amazing job laying out all of our options.
After we agreed to do business with them they even helped us find some manufacturers discounts that lowered the price for us. The install took about a day and a half and went fairly smooth.
2 days later we suddenly stopped getting hot water. We called them and they sent someone out right away (the electrical outlet they had to install was bad they swapped it out and we were good to go an hour later)
All throughout the process they were incredibly responsive. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

If you have a plugged drain...call Rapid-Rooter. Our kids bathroom sink was stopped up for weeks and after calling in 3 plumbers to unclog, and a home warranty company that would not fix the problem, we called Rapid-Rooter. The guy they sent out (sorry I cant remember his name), was friendly, and willing to help us. He went into the attic, on a 100 degree day, so it was about 120-130 degrees in the attic, and was able to cut the pipe and unclog a huge clump of hair. He never complained once and the bill was reasonable for the work done. I will call them for any plumbing issues.

Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again. On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn’t give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

Ronnie was an excellent technician! He was very thorough before beginning his estimate. He explained everything to me and then talked to my husband on the phone to explain it to him. It was pouring rain during the 5 hours he was here, however he kept a positive attitude and even threw in a joke or two! He kept us informed every step of the way. This was a very positive experience for us. Normally we use our local plumber for our plumbing needs, but now we will definitely consider using Ronnie again first! I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

I used Charlotte Plumbing Masters to install a dedicated gas line for my grill on my back deck which required running the pipe in the crawl space, through the foundation, and then under and up through the deck. Everyone at the company I interacted with, from the office workers to the technicians, were professional and respectful. They completed the work in 2 days, including the inspection, and did an incredible job. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how well it was done and how nice it looks. I would not hesitate to use their services for any plumbing issues in the future.

Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)
