Best Sewer Drain in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

We have used Queen City on several occasions. Jobs are always done professionally. Thank you to Paul for going above and beyond with his work!

Response time was tremendous! 45 minutes after calling in with an issue and he was there. Found the leak, the source and got the ball rolling for the next steps I need to take to alleviate the problem. Great rapport and very professional!

I contacted the company for a gas line quote. I set it up for a Thursday. I was told there may be a chance it would need to be the following day if the technician got behind. We were called at 5pm Thursday and informed that the tech would not be coming and that it would be over a week before he could come out. I feel this was unprofessional and I decided to take my business to a company that valued my time.

Charlotte Plumbing was able to come out the same day I scheduled my appointment. Sevenr was very nice and professional when he came by for my diagnostic; he was knowledgeable and even took the time to explain to me how to read my water meter. Quick response and great customer service, would highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Rooter and their technician, Matthew, to clear my drains. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that both the company and Matthew displayed throughout the entire process. They were prompt, efficient, and respectful of my home, and they got the job done quickly and effectively. Matthew was particularly knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything that needed to be done, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mr Rooter and Matthew, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

So here's the deal, the techs told us if we gave a good review, we'd receive 10% off. It sounded like a no brainer until our sump pump failed and another company told us we were over charged for a repair that did not solve our problem. Our takeaway is, always get 2nd or 3rd opinions and be wary of special deals.

Service tech Walter and Amber in dispatch are amazing!! Thanksgiving night we came home to water pouring down thru our ceiling. I called first thing the next day and Amber made sure someone came right out. She kept me updated on his arrival and was very pleasant. When Walter arrived and saw that I was panicking he calmed me down and surveyed not only where the leak appeared to be coming from but all the areas that looked to be damaged. I explained to him that a restoration team would also be coming out. Once the restoration team arrived he helped to advise them of the areas of concern. Walter quickly found the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done. He was very honest and transparent with everything. This is the first time we have had an issue of this magnitude, but Walter took his time and made sure that I understood everything. He is very personable and absolutely amazing!! We plan on getting the work done thru AAA City Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone we know! I TRULY appreciate Walter!!

John was great and very informative and thorough. Really took a look at the issue...unfortunately looks like the city has to get involved.

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

I had the pleasure of working with Noah. He was pleasant, well-mannered & very knowledgeable. Noah was able to diagnose the problem & solve it with no issues. I have an additional service that I will need in the near future. I will specifically request Noah.

Looked online and said open 5-8, but just the park was open, no rides, been several times to try to ride things but never open
