Queen City Plumbing resolved a block in the line from my home to the main line as well as fixed some lingering issues from a previous (not as qualified) contractor. They were honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We had a big leak in a pipe somewhere ... since our water bill kept going up over a couple months ... but thought it was due to using irrigation a lot. Turns out it was the house water line and not the irrigation (which we thought since we had areas of our front sloped bermuda sod simply soaked). The plumber was not sure where to start digging and it would be hit or miss so instead of chopping up the nice lawn, he suggested a Leak Squad to pinpoint the leak underground. Finally got the Squad to come and he found it and marked it within 30 to 40 minutes. Then got Ben Franklin to come same day and dig up one bush and dig out the problem pipe and replace it. FINALLY! Stopped this incessant leak!

Josh came to my home within the stated timeframe. He was thorough in assessing/evaluating why my exterior hose bib did not turn on water. We located and tested the H2O shut-off valves, and tested the exterior hose bib. We learned that we just needed to turn on the H2O shut-off to the rear exterior hose bib. Josh also adjusted the mixer valves in both showers so that the water temperature was warmer than the default/new shower head setting. Josh repaired these items in one/initial visit for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Also recommended from my realtor.

Mr. Rooter went above and beyond in our time of need. Super quick response time and kept us informed of each step along the way. Everything was explained and prices discussed well in advance before any work was done.

Our well died and we needed to connect to city water. Other plumbing companies gave us an estimate of 1-2 weeks to get the work done. Even the water company told us 1-2 weeks. Within 2 days Mr. Rooter had pipes laid and connected to the house, our well sealed, had the water company out to connect us to the main line, and we had water! I can't give them enough praise!

Found this company online. Had a problem with the city about water usage. Our technician was Ted, I can't express how impressed I was with Ted. Arrived on time, service truck spotless and knew what he looked like via text before arrival. He listened to what the situation was and went right to work. Gave our house a thorough inspection, and took the time to explain what he found. He even explained our 3 options and what would be involved with each. I highly recommend this company and am glad they employ people like Ted. Update, needed option one services again. Had such good luck with Ted last time I requested him again. Ted installed a main waterline shut off valve. He gave me the cost upfront and went to work. Very organized and timely. Ted is a great representative for this company.

A cable repair guy informed me I had a water leak in my crawl space. Sam, from Roto-Rooter, came out to give me a quote. He was on time, he was very professional and explained the situation to me in a way I understood. They quoted me on the spot and were able to resolve the problem that same day. They replaced a long section of my old cast iron pipes with pvc. It was a lengthy process and he kept me informed throughout. I was incredibly pleased with their service and how quickly they could address the issue.

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

Along with the for-charge services rendered, he solved a problem at no charge that a licensed electrical contractor (whom I paid $75) had no clue about. He went so far as to make further repairs DIY-possible. I recommend IRV without qualification.

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.
