This is about the 3rd time using the business. The plumber today was prompt and professional. He was knowledgeable about the problem for which he was called. He even gave advice/recommendations regarding other issues in the house.

Called Wyatt Works to come out and check water pressure and give an estimate on an ice maker line. Mike was extremely courteous and professional and made sure I was happy before leaving. He fixed my water pressure when other companies for some odd reason had not been able to. He also gave me prompt estimate on the ice maker water line. Their prices are not the cheapest but their work seemed good so I’m hoping there will be no problems. Mike the repair man literally just left but at this stage in the game he gave great service and did exactly what I needed him to do and he did it with a very friendly demeanor. I would definitely call them again.

I called today at the last minute and Christina was very helpful with setup someone to come out. Josh came out and found the problem and was very helpful and fixed our problem. Thanks for all the help. I appreciate Christina and Josh today.. They are my Super Heroes..

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!
ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you again Brett!!! Way to make me believe in excellent customer service again!!

Charles was WONDERFUL! He came to unclog our shower drain but we've been stuck in the house because of the shelter in place order, and boy did we talk his head off! But he remained professional, did his job and humored us by being great company. This was a late call, but he was still pleasant and took the time to explain the problem. We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT TO FIX A CLOG THAT ONLY COST ME $200 BUCKS TO FIX. THE PLUMBER TOLD ME HE HAD TO TEAR MY TOILETS OFF OF THE FLOOR WHICH WAS TOTALLY FALSE. I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 20 MIN. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER HE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM. ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS THEIR SERVICE FEE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY WOULDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT GET IT FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

Ongoing AC issue. The on the unit stopped. DIANOSIS: bad compressor, bad fan motor. IRC wants to replace the entire unit. Steven the tech supv. says he can't locate a replacement fan, which is a LIE.It's been over a week and IRV refuses to play it straight. Waiting for a call since the tech did not show Saturday as promised. Repair is not in sight.

Ritchie Plumbing was great when they came out and fixed up our kitchen. John and Jim were very professional and reliable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had all the materials and equipment they needed to have it all fixed up right away. The rates were very fair as well!

Additionally, the associate that manages the phone and office was very personable. It's becoming rare to call a business and get a real person these days. It is easy to recommend this plumbing company to others.

They did an excellent job. Easy scheduling and they came promptly. I called Sunday afternoon about a leaking water heater and they came Monday morning.

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.
