Best Sewer in Charlotte NC

Jason from Julian’s is a great guy. I’ve had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.

The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don’t find customer service like Julian’s Plumbing does.

Marvin and Paul provided excellent service! Knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed our problem accurately and efficiently keeping me updated throughput the entire process. Thanks for all the help!!

We were so pleased with the level of service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing especially from RB! He performed our annual plumbing inspection and repaired our toilets and shower. He was so helpful in showing and teaching us what to look for in properly maintaining our home. We are so grateful to him!!

I had a pipe rupture in between my first and second floor. I had called a plumber I had used in the past but they couldn’t come out for a few days so I looked to Home Advisor and found WyattWorks. They came to my house within a few hours and were able to locate the leak and repair the pipe quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable however they were a bit pricey. I assume it was more expensive due to the emergence of my situation. I would use WyattWorks again.

Josh, Damion and Christina were all great. They provided great service and they were extremely professional.

Our water main broke during the snowstorm and we were without water while Charlotte water dragged it's feet and allowed thousands of gallons to pour out into the street. Ryan from Mr. Rooter saved us. He and his counterpart promptly got an excavator and dug a trench to repair the main pipe. He was extremely courteous and friendly and they finished the job with minimal collateral damage to our yard. Really happy with the speed and communication from Ryan and his team.

I’m so glad I found this company. Daniel was awesome!! Very professional, efficient and honest. I have a spa business that needs running water and unfortunately the suite I’m in has no plumbing connections. He informed me this job would be very expensive & instead helped me set up a portable plumbing system! I was so grateful of his help because I have been trying to find a solution to my problem for months! He came and fixed the sink in 30 mins!! Would highly recommend this company, ask for Daniel. Would give 10 stars if I could.

We called AAA in desperation the Saturday pm before Thanksgiving. They were able to get someone out the next day. The job was not done as professionally as should have been originally. However when I spoke with Shawn Duncan the service manager he showed authentic concern about our experience and personally scheduled a site visit to review the employees work. Shawn and the AAA office team listened, made it clear to me that our experience was important to them and they would resolve any issue we had. Shawn came out & reviewed the completed work. He acknowledged my concerns, fixed the problem and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Shawn later called to let me know he was able to help with the cost of the repairs since they had not been completed upto AAA standards originally. I feel valued, heard and safe with AAA plumbing due to Shawn's immediate response and taking ownership of the problem. I expected to argue and fight, that never happened. Both calling the office an working with Shawn directly the most important thing to AAA was to ensure the job had been done to the quality they expect, that I was happy and that I knew how important my business was to them. Finding a trustworthy plumber is a nightmare, not anymore. I now have a top notch, honest, talented and real plumber to call on. Thank you you Shawn, I hope we do not have to work together soon but I am SO glad to know I can count on you!!!!! Keep up the good work and integrity!

John Bird was on time and cleared my problem in a short time.

Brett and his team were not only super responsive, they were very professional, forthcoming and honest about what I needed. There pricing was also very fair for a better quality product than what I could've purchased on my own through a big box retailer. Thank you guys for a job well done!!

Nealleigh Rice was awesome! She completed the job and told us what we could do to prevent the plumbing backup from occurring again. I hope ALL Roto Rooter field technicians are like her but I honestly don't want to have to call Roto Rooter and findout :-) fingers crossed for no more plumbing issues.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own. I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote. I'll definitely be calling McCoy Plumbing whenever I need plumbing work done.

The woman I spoke with on the phone (Mary Jane?) was helpful and pleasant too. An all-round excellent experience.

My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

We contacted Roto-Rooter to get an estimate on a cracked waste pipe in our crawl space. They sent a tech who arrived within the two hours and was very nice and professional. He was able to assess the situation quickly and arranged for an Excavation Specialist to come out as it turned out to be a bigger job than we expected. Richard Benante was very nice and did a thorough inspection of the problem. He was able to clearly explain the problem to me and gave me an estimate which was lower than what another company had quoted. I would highly recommend using Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs.
