I can't say thank you enough to Jason and his team! We ran into a fairly major issue with a clogged pipe and knew exactly who to call. Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to have it resolved. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

I called Benjamin Franklin because our drain pipe is knocking when hot water drained from the tub due to the drain pipe passing through a tight hole in a stud or floor joist. In order to fix this we suspected it would either require some sort of insulation around the pipe or possibly notching out a bigger opening so that the pipe didn’t rub against the subfloor; both of which being seemingly simple fixes. To our surprise we were quoted $1400 which we immediately rejected.To add insult to injury, Kim offered to do a free in home water test and told us that our levels of chlorine and Chloramine were “dangerously high” ( 3ppm) and suggested a whole home water filtration. I told him that if the water levels were that “dangerous” I’d be contacting our local county water authority to advise them of Benjamin Franklin findings and confirm with them what are acceptable levels within tap water before investing thousands of dollars on a filtration system.Before the appt was over, he then tried to sell us a maintenance plan and tried to discuss pricing as well as the importance of filling out a survey after his visit.This is the first and last time we’ll ever use Benjamin Franklin. We were charged $59 for a company to come out and provide us with an extremely overpriced estimate and then try to sell us maintenance plans and water filtration systems. I felt like we had paid to attend a timeshare presentation rather than having a plumber come to our home and are quite insulted by this whole experience. It’s bad enough that they charge you $59 to provide an estimate but then having to sit through a high pressure sales tactic after you reject the quote makes matters worse. The amount of pressure to sell services, products and score high in a survey is evident and personally feel like it impacts their ability to do the basic requirements of their job; fixing plumbing issues at a reasonable price.Benjamin Franklin should be ashamed of themselves.

I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing. The customer service and experience exceeded my expectations. I had a water pressure issue.that they cane to try to resolve. The fix did not work at first. I called back to explain the problem a few days later and they came back immediately to look at it again. Tyler was awesome. He found what was causing my low water pressure and installed a new valve. Issue fixed. In addition, I was credited back for previous work done. It was a great experience and the customer service through out was fantastic. Thank you Tyler and team for making me feel a priority.

We were having some issues with both a hot water heater and a few toilets. We called on a Monday night and Roto-Rooter was out Tuesday morning. Gavin was great and will request him specifically on any future needs! He explained everything to us in a very easy to understand manner and he did the work quickly and thoroughly.

I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.
