Shannon arranged for a plumber to perform a same-day visit to my home.As promised, the technician, Kevin C., called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, he immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me a written estimate, and then performed the necessary work when I approved the estimate. Kevin was knowledgeable, worked quickly, and fixed the problem. Furthermore, he was professional, courteous, and answered our questions. This is the kind of customer service I remember growing up. The Roto-Rooter service was grate the technician fixed the problem Quickly with no mess. He was very knowledgeable And gave us several tips on how to keep our pluming and septic tank in good working order. I will only use Roto-Rooter for my pluming needs I highly recommend them for any and all pluming needs and issue you may have.There the BEST!

Tried to tackle clogged drains in one of our upstairs bathrooms on my own, but was not able to make the fix. Called Roto Rooter who quickly took my call and dispatched a plumber to help me. Stan, the plumber, arrived in the timeframe told to me and quickly determined the cause of my problem. After working the snake through my drain lines from up in the hot attic, the drain lines cleared and all sinks became fully functional again. Stan was very professional and courteous in his demeanor and work effort. He seems to be a person genuinely concerned with solving the problem and helping the client. Job well done.
