Queen City served us well. Our company had a large, commercial job of entirely replacing the sewer line. Justin made sure it was done quickly, properly and that everything was cleaned up right. His crew worked over the weekend to make sure the job was completed on time. We'll call them again with any plumbing needs.

Adam and Russell were very knowledgeable, clear and patient in discussing any expectations and in any questions that we needed answered. Both were very helpful and friendly. The customer representative who set the appointment was also friendly and willing to assist in anyway she could.

I had such a great experience with Jeremy. He was out to do a plumbing inspection on a house that I plan to buy. The most important thing he did besides the extremely thorough inspection was to tell me about things I should look for. I felt so much more educated about my house because of the things he pointed out to me. I enjoyed his friendly nature and positive attitude. It helped me in my stress over buying a home!

After trying every home remedy that I know, I was referred by James Brown A/C and Heating to call Mr. Rooter. Technician Chris (Great young man) came out within two days of my call. He worked extensively to solve my problem (CLOG) and thought what he had done worked. Upon finding out in two days it hadn't, I called back and Matthew and Ryan show up on Sunday morning. I can't say enough good things about these two young men and their determination to fix my problem. (Brought in a bigger machine!) But their customer service and compassion for understanding my situation was so refreshing! They totally went above and beyond the call of duty to solve my problem. I will highly recommend Mr Rooter to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much for caring about your customers!

I used this company for an emergency water leak on a Sunday night. We had water from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Chris Jones gave us an estimated time and arrived on time. He was able to quickly determine the cause. He was professional and showed us pictures and video of what he found. I hope to not have another emergency but will definately use them again.

Had several plumbing issues that I needed help with, as well as some questions. Eric arrived right on time, and took care of everything. Much appreciated! Have used All Hours Plumbing in the past, and will certainly call them again with any plumbing needs.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

Diyan and his partner did an amazing job servicing our home after a pipe burst and on another 2 separate occasions for toilet leaks.

From the first visit, his experience and expertise was immediately obvious as he noticed right away that previous contractors had installed the incorrect pressure fittings under our sinks. He detected and fixed the leaks within a couple hours and also outfitted the hot water tank pipes with several temperature barriers after he noticed they could become a safety hazard. He also walked me through the work he completed and explained why he did so.

On another occasion, he replaced our 12” rough in toilets with more appropriate 10” rough ins after they began causing leaks. Diyan and his partner were courteous, explained the problems clearly, were right on schedule, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

For those of you that are less than comfortable having technicians come to your house while you are alone, rest assured that the CPM team will give you a call before heading over and send a text with the full name and photo of the technician coming to your location.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

They did an excellent job. Easy scheduling and they came promptly. I called Sunday afternoon about a leaking water heater and they came Monday morning.

Reid was great to work with, highly recommend. Great customer service, very professional, and helped in a timely manner.
