The team from Queen City were responsive, professional and did excellent work. The job, installing a thankless hot water heater, was EXPENSIVE though. The total cost, after tax to install the $1700 unit was just shy of $8000. It took 3 men 6 hours to complete the job. $1000/hr, or $333/hr per man. Quality work, but worth it? I don't know, but shoddy work would be disastrous, so one pays what the market demands.Despite the cost, the resulting system is a tremendous improvement over our old tank system, and the pros (a special call out to Vinton Moore, a real pro and a gentleman too) at Queen City did top notch work. After the job was done, I got down in the crawlspace to inspect all aspects: the electrical wiring was clean and tidy; the newly installed gas line was likewise well routed and cleanly terminated; the venting of the unit was just about as tight and clean as one could imagine; the condensation drain line was neatly routed through the brick exterior of our house. The only nit about the work was a drywall penetration into the crawlspace that really should have been sealed by the team. I sealed it myself with $0.25 of foam sealant in about 30 seconds, so no great foul there.All in all a good experience, but an expensive one.

They did an amazing job time wise of getting to the house as soon as I needed help. He gave me all the facts and didn’t push me into making a decision. He completed the work in a timely fashion.

Two techs showed on time for an emergency after hours call for a sewer line repair where multiple toilets were backing up in a commercial building. Techs were awesome and said the owner treated them like family!! just perfect!!

Great prompt response and they gave me options every step of the way. Patrick educated me on the technology as he worked to resolve the issue. As far as clogged drains go, it was a good experience. I would definitely use Option One in the future.

I work for a restoration company and have a landlord client who had a tenant with an urgent request for a plumber. All out of options at 10:00pm on a Sunday, I called Roto Rooter who sent out Derrick McCain to check out the issue. The home's plumbing system was completely useless and required the main line to be cleaned. Within hours of the initial call, Derrick had the tenants back up and running. Derrick wasn't like other plumbers. We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else.
