Came to give me an estimate on landscape drainage repairs and did a thorough job with It! Afterwards, he used his laptop to prepare me several pages of report of the various parts of the work. He was able to send it to my computer before he left! I learned some new ideas about how to handle common drainage problems and found out about some of the new fiber optics technology used to probe buried drain pipes. I have more than enough to help me make the best choice for my repairs . Mr. Rooter has excellent use of the new methods of handling drainage problems in yards and I was left impressed that this would be a terrific company to trust with my business . As I wait for other extimates this one was a superb start to my process!

Excellent customer service! Went out of his way to ensure that we were a priority! Our hot water heater was leaking everywhere in our family room and creating a major issue! Joe took the time to come to our house and ensure that the hot water tank was properly turned off on his way home from work! Had several downspout/french drains that were full of tree roots. Scheduling an appointment with Jason was very easy. They notified me that they could come out a day earlier and sent another message when the technician was on there way. Duane arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations on the best ways to approach the issue. The drains were cleared quickly with no damage to the property. Very professional, courteous, and effective. Highly recommend giving them a call.

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

Had a great experience with the team at Travis Crawford every step of the way. They've got a great system in place so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. The techs were there on time, very friendly and courteous, and spent the time to educate us on our system and inspect the ducts. Though getting a new HVAC unit is not on anyone's fun list, this company made it easy by offering financing and a very fast turnaround on repair and new AC install. Highly recommend this company!
