He canceled on me twice and then showed up an hour late when I was the first appointment in the morning. He told me worst case scenario there would be two holes in the wall but that he would try to avoid that. 30 minutes later he was done and I had two holes in my wall, didn’t seem like he tried very hard. He charged me $315 before tax for a GFI outlet it took him 30 minutes to install. No separate circuit.

Jake Mackey from Roby Electrical services came out today to evaluate some issues with an older electrical system. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable regarding all the electrical issues. He provided a common sense approach to repairs in a cost efficient manner. We had our repair estimate before he left the house. My go to electrician for the past five years. Yeah, they are that good and the pricing is always fair. Best part is the speed and that they actually pick up the phone when I call them. Lots of electricians and contractors never answer the phone. I will keep using Bates for as long as possible.

I have been requesting a call from Chris with Arc Electric for several weeks and he is not responsive. Just to give a quick ex: He told me 3 weeks ago he would call me on the following Monday, he did not! Then when I tried him again last week he said he was out of town, today he is telling me he is sick and will not be available until next week. He acts like he is doing me a favor by calling me. I have been dealing with him doing this for over a year!! ? What should have been a job to finish in a few months is now going into way over a year!!!! A year + of waiting for him to call, email and attend to each different phase of the job! Worse experience EVER.
I understand Covid delays, but I don’t understand not wanting to call back. Very unprofessional!
