Best Replacement Water Line in Charlotte NC

Jason came out to replace our garbage disposal. When he got here, we realized the old one was still ok. He didn't charge me for the visit, what a good guy! We've called him in the past and will always call him going forward. Thanks Jason!

Looked to hire them to do a line replacement on my house, they charged me $399 just to find the leak (which ultimately translated into guess work) never refunded my service call fee after I brought them back for the leak detection, and then quoted me over $6,000 for the repair!!!Meanwhile, the very next plumber I call (Queen City Plumbing) offers to do the exact same job for $2500! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They try to charge outrageous prices to people who they count on not knowing any better! I will NEVER do business with this company ever again. Please don't waste your time hiring this company for anything, they will overcharge you!Oh, and before someone who works here hops on with the whole “we can’t find you in the system” bit, that’s because I’m not writing this under my legal last name, as I honestly don’t want the hassle of calling you. It’s not like you’d refund the over $400 you already took from me, and honestly, anything short of that just isn’t worth my time. So, if you want to “discuss this” guarantee IN WRITING that you’ll offer me a full refund, and then I’ll talk to you all, but not a moment before. I accept that you all cheated me out of all this money for zero work done during a pandemic. I’m just trying to make sure no one else’ who might be reading this suffers the same fate as me.

Called Wyatt this morning when I noticed a leak in the water heater, and a few hours later we had a new water heater—easy peasy. The tech was very nice and they did a great job cleaning up as well.

I was in the process of purchasing a new home and only 3 days til the closing. The buyers weren't helping to address my inspection, so I called Charlotte Plumbing in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon on-time and fix the issue quickly and at a fair price. I would use them again. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I had two different experiences with Mr. Rooter the outcome of both were excellent and exceptional.

Both technicians, Mr. Peter Laslo and Mr. Mathew Smith were experts and impressive on their knowledge of working with gas lines etc. They explained everything they did in very simple terms so I could understand what was done.

Had a leak under the kitchen faucet. Called Option One to come fix. Scott was great and did an amazing job. I have a few more jobs that need to get done and I know I’ll be calling option one and specifically asking for Scott.

For a few weeks I had been trying to get someone to pump out my septic tank; but everyone was booked or did not have enough hose on there trucks. All of the sudden, I had sewage backing up into my shower and tub, and no toilets were not usable, and I had 6 people in the home, and now it was the WEEKEND! Because of all the rain I needed a truck that had EXTRA HOSE so they could reach my tank without going onto the yard! Also, I did not know it yet, but I was going to need a plumber. In a happy mistake, I called a company that put in Septic tanks (Alternative Septic Services), and the owner of that company highly recommended AAA City Plumbing. AAA was able to take care of it all on the same day; which was a weekend, at a very good price and with excellent customer service. First, I dealt with Alexandria on the phone, who was not only professional, but was kind and understanding about how stressful of a
situation I was dealing with. She was able to get someone to come that very day and pump out my septic tank. Next, was Kyle the pump operator, who was not only polite, but did a quick and thorough job of taking care of the septic. Kyle had to inform me that something was preventing sewage from entering the tank, so the house was still backed up. So last,Ted, the plumber on call from AAA, came out to my house that very night. He worked non-stop from about 11:30PM to 3:30AM, but he finally had to do a temporary fix to make it usable for us until he could come back. When he came back he was here from about 3:00PM to after 10;30PM. He is beyond hard working! He does not give up! He was professional, answered all my questions and was very calm. I cannot say enough great things about Ted!

John Bird #63 came to our house on a Sunday morning quickly after we called. He was very polite, professional and fixed our leaking toilet as well as gave us advice about another toilet in our house. Highly recommend.

We recently moved into a new house - an older home that had (in theory) been renovated from top to bottom. Much to our surprise, two weeks after moving in our toilets and drains starting bubbling up. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out within two hours of our placing the call. Stan, the technician who arrived to help, diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes. It was a serious problem, and he let me know right away that the problem had the potential to be expensive to fix. One thing I would stress about my interactions with Stan (and, later Vasiliy and Dmitri) is that great pains were taken to keep me informed at every step of the process. They never did any work without first telling me exactly what they were doing and why, and they always let me know about the cost before they proceeded with any work. Moreover they were incredibly respectful of our property. At one point Stand had the option of doing an additional test to confirm his diagnosis of the problem, but that additional test involved using a piece of equipment that might have caused some damage to our wallpaper. I decided to skip the test because we love the wallpaper (and I didn't have any doubt about Stan's diagnosis of the problem anyway).We ended up needing our sewer line replaced all the way out to the street, and it required digging up our yard and taking apart part of our walkway. The guys who worked on this project - Vasiliy and Dmitri - worked through the pouring rain until sundown each day. They made sure to damage our yard and walkway as little as possible, and they did a great job of putting the yard back into the best shape possible under the circumstances.I don't really know if the job was expensive or not. I supposed you could find people who would do this work for less. However, given the honesty and integrity of Stan and his crew, their willingness to work well into the evening, the speed at which they worked, and the quality of the work they did, I'd absolutely call them again in a minute. I hope to never have to call about a job of this size, but if I have any plumbing issues in the future I'll be calling and asking for Stan and his crew.

Definitely Call All About The Pipes Plumbing!! Mary is the nicest and most honest person. She was able to determine the problem with my sewerage instantly. She told me right away that she was going to work on my issue to get my pump repaired. She found my motor and schedule same day service . I highly Recommend this company. I am so grateful for this expertise and honesty Mary and her team is who you want to call for a trusted inspection and Job.
