We had a leak in the garbage disposal which could not be fixed. Nas located a replacement quickly and returned to install it very shortly. Nas was knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job! I will use Queen City again.

My plumber was Brandon, he called to let me know that he was on his way and gave me the proper time fame that he will arrive at my place of residence. When Brandon showed up I was surprised on how articulate he was and how he easily diagnose the issue I was having. Brandon wrote out opinions and explain each one thoroughly. After Brandon was finished explaining everything, I felt I was way more knowledgeable when it came to my plumbing system. Once I picked an option Brandon worked efficiently and explained step by step what he was doing to finish the job. Even though, the price was somewhat expensive I did not mind because I felt he truly know what he was doing. And 2 weeks later my plumbing has been the least of my concerns. Charlotte Plumbing was great! We had a pipe burst close to our city water meter and our front yard was flooding. We called them this morning, and they were out here by lunch time and had the pipe fixed in 20 minutes. They were quick, informative, and cheaper than the other quotes we'd gotten. I'm sure, should we need other plumbing work done, we'll be giving them a call.

Rapid rooter came out quickly to deal with what appeared to be a sewer line backup. The rep found it and said it was close enough to the street for the city to handle saving me some serious cash. He even called them out for me. They were there before he left the neighborhood and he came back to make sure I was taken care of. Incredible customer service and honesty that is not easy to find these days. Highly recommend.

First time using Roto-Rooter and I am very pleased with their service. I have a rental business in Charlotte but live out of State and it has always been a challenge to find someone who won’t take advantage of that. The price was reasonable compared to other places. Michael was on time and gave me a courtesy call before his arrival. I had a pleasant experience and would use this company again.

Service was great! Was able to come out on short notice on the same day the replacement part arrived from the manufacturer. Very curious as well, everything was done while baby was napping with no issues.

Reid came right on time, same day service, was knowledgeable about problems and reasonably priced. I would definitely call him again with a plumbing problem.
