Called them at 10:30 AM, Jason showed up at 11:00 AM, took a look, quoted $250, got his machine, open the drain in 15 minutes, cleaned up, gave me a bottle of drain cleaner to use once a month and was out of here by 11:30AM. Great job, quick service. Could not be more pleased after having tried to snake it myself for over 2 hours. Well worth the $250.

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This is my 4th time using them for my plumbing needs and have been pleased with the work done every time. I had Kim and Russ at my house to install 3 toilets that I had purchased. I've had Kim do other plumbing installations at my home and have always had wonderful experience with him. Both Russ and Kim were super professional, kind and knowledgable. They worked hard to get the install right, even with the unexpected need to have to replace 2 flanges. They worked great together and answered all my questions. They were conscientious about doing a good job and for this I am so grateful. They ensured that I was happy with the end result. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Kim for always being a wealth of knowledge!

Not pleased with their work. The plumber scratched my new hardwood floors and told his employer that they were already there and he didn’t do it. He lied. He moved and shoved my stove and did not use a professional mat. No one from their company has contacted me to rectify the damage. I would never recommend them to my friends.

The young man was knowledgeable and polite. Showed me several options in different price ranges. Work done in a timely manner.

Brett is awesome! His crew installed a kitchen sink at my house recently. They are responsive, neat and professional and the prices are reasonable. He's also given me plumbing advice over the phone free of charge rather than come out and charge me for a visit. I would definitely recommend All Hours.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

I had a 26 year old gas water heater in my attic that another company said could not be replaced due to clearance issues. Michael gave me a competitive quote, figured out how to get everything to fit, and arranged for inspection. I feel better now not worrying about that ticking time bomb.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

Adonis cleared our underground corrugated pipes. He was professional. The cost for the service is based on time yet he worked hard and quickly while also being thorough. I also felt like he worked around our house and property with care which can be difficult to come by these days. Satisfied customer.

Jason installed a water filter for me to filter my well water. He was able to do this only one day after I requested the work. Pretty fast.
