FANTASTIC work, very professional! Our kitchen sink leaked for the umpteenth time and we were tired of thinking that we'd fixed it, but had not. So we called in the professionals! Before they even came to the house, they asked us to text photos. They came within hours of our call - wow! When they arrived (masked and then I told them they could unmask once I left the room) they went RIGHT to work! They cleaned up the pipes under the sink and it all works magnificently now! The charge was for an amount that I earn in a week - happy to pay it, but dang, I'm in the wrong profession (teacher for 25 yrs)! We will absolutely call them again when we need a plumber.

They were professional, communicated expectations clearly, and restored the property as best as possible. They even reseeded the areas of the yard that was impacted from the construction work.Based on our experience, we would recommend Queen City plumbing based on the work product and professionalism.

Solomon and Malachi Flash were so helpful in diagnosing the plumbing problems at my house and worked very hard to do the appropriate repairs and solve the problems. Septic tank clogged and backed up into our house. On Easter Sunday. I called the number listed for emergencies but that only applies to normal plumbing issues, not opening a septic tank. The person on the line suggested I call back on Monday morning at 7:30am to be scheduled.

I called at 7:30, dealt with a very professional lady who took my info and told me she had an afternoon opening and the the service technician would call me back when he was about to come over. She estimated it would be after 2pm. In fact, the technician called around 1, said he’d be at my house in about 10 minutes.

Jake M, the technician, was absolutely the best ever. Very polite, very professional and very good at his job. He found my tank, dug down to the hatch, fixed the clog, pumped the tank, inspected and tested the tank and was finished in around an hour. He offered suggestions to prevent a recurrence, took my payment and was on his way. No muss, no fuss, and he cleaned up before he left. I was totally amazed, having dealt with a different company concerning a previous septic problem in Western NC. That was a nightmare. Jake and AAA City Plumbing were other extreme; competent, friendly and professional. Reasonably priced and easily scheduled.

If I have reason to call a full service plumbing company, it will be AAA City Plumbing, and if it involves septic issues or maintenance, I’ll ask for Jake.

I called Rapid Rooter the day I experienced a serious plumbing issue. Service Technician Chris Jones came out the same day and solved the problem. He would not quit until he had fully solved the issue. I am truly grateful to have my plumbing back and fully functioning. Thank you Chris and Rapid-Rooter!

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!
