Very professional and the young man that came to my house listened to me and took his time to look at other projects i have need of getting done. He worked quickly and effceintly in installing some cut off valves. Just waiting for my quotes for more to get done by them.

Septic tank pump. Despite pending tropical storm you guys got me in on short notice. Excellent service from start to finish.

Terrible experience. I called and got a quote of a $50 visit cost plus any extras the plumber would need to do (I thought that meant extras other than unclogging the drain as that’s what I said needed to be done). When Chris got here he told me it would be a total cost of $300 to unclog the drain, nothing else was needed and it would take min.of 20 min.to max. of 1 hour. At max that’s an outrageous hourly labor fee of $250. When I complained about it Chris said he would not do the job but still wanted the $50 visit fee. Unbelievable!! I sent him on his way. No one likes hidden fees but this was ridiculous. I should have been told upfront before Chris made the trip what the cost could be. He told me himself that 80% of the time a drain is necessary so I should have been told that price. I can’t deal with services that try to hoodwink their customers.

UPDATE: I saw response from the management justifying the exorbitant surprise cost. I called another reputable plumbing company after this fiasco and got my drain unclogged for $180. That's almost half of what Rapid-Rooter wanted. That was several months ago and everything is working just fine.

All hours is a joke name We called for emergency help after our water got shut off while we were on vacation and got Brett - couldn't have been more unhelpful and antagonistic. Go elsewhere for your 24/7 emergencies.

Tech was friendly and explained everything he was going to do and what the cost would be. No surprises and explained what happened to hopefully keep it from happening again. Very happy with the service!

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

The Team came in , assessed the issue and resolved it skillfully . They were great and took great care in the home. I had a little bit of sticker shock but I've never had a plumbing issue prior. I would definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters again.

I called Ritchie Plumbing to ask if they were able to fix a sink that dropped below the granite countertop. I was told by John, that they were busy right now but would try to fit me in the next day. He also stated he would call me back in a few hours once he, figured out his schedule. He verified my phone number and I waited until I would hear back from him. This was around 1:30 pm. Around 8 pm, I texted John asking if they would be able to assist us or if I should find someone else. Let's just say, I'm still waiting for him to call and/or text back. He also stated it would be around $500 which I agreed upon at the time. I would like to say, if this was something this company doesn't fix, then say it at the time. Instead, he decided to lie and keep me from getting something fixed. Not only did his lack of professionalism destroy any confidence in this company that I had obtained through these Google reviews, but I won't ever use them, nor will I ever recommend them to my fellow Realtors. If I was pleased with the results, I was going to use their services for a few other homes my company had purchased to ensure the plumbing was in stellar condition before listing the new homes we aquired. That's not going to happen now. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism. Not only was I left waiting without even the common curtosey of a text back, but this pushed my selling process back, which has now cost me even more money than tha $500 he quoted me.

All you said was, I'll check my schedule and get back to you in a few hours. It was a nice conversation and I fully expected you to call back. You seemed as if you would help us, but left us hanging. You must have me confused with someone else, because you never said any of that at all. As for the text. If the number you answered the phone on was a cell phone, then you have the text. You may forget my phone saves that sort of stuff.

All you had to do was tell me you weren't licensed in SC, and we would have been done. Neither am I dense or hard of hearing. You never said any of that. Good Day.
