My water heater was old old. Like over 20 years old and it is located in the attic. Turn around time was next day when scheduling my appt. Russ and team were there in the morning and done by lunchtime - super fast! I have hot water and it’s great! Installation was quick and they were ninjas at getting the tanks up and down the rickety attic stairs. My dogs enjoyed their visit and 10/10 recommend their service!

We discovered our garage disposal leaking on Sunday night; the next day we contacted Wyattworks and by Tuesday afternoon a plumbing service expert was at our house. Walked into my kitchen this morning to a flood from my laundry room. Called Rapid-Rooter and they arrived in about the time it took me to clean up the water which was awesome!

I believe my technician’s name was Zai and he was very efficient and thorough! He made sure everything was 100% fixed before he finished and even left the area cleaner then when he started! He was professional and friendly the whole time and I’d definitely (but hopefully won’t have to) use him again!

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Brennan was scheduled for 8-4pm after our call to E.R. yesterday when our hot water heater died. He arrived early in the morning, did the analysis, explained everything and had completed the replacement within a few hours. He was professional and kept us posted on the work in progress. Good experience all around.

So after speaking with Joellen who was very professional, empathetic, and accommodating, I felt this would be a good fit. Thank you Chris, for coming out , fixing the water heater (we thought we needed a new one, but Chris went the extra mile and found out it was only 4 years old), and making my 83 year old mother feel comfortable by explaining in detail everything she had questions about. I know my water heater is at the end of it's life, and I will be calling Osborne Plumbing and Drain. Thank you.

The company came out to my house today. My oldest son (18 yrs) open door said hello. They guys stated they had to look around the house first. My son came to get me. I came up and they were gone but left a note in the door “sorry we missed you”. I called they said they knocked and no one came to the door and they wasn’t sure he was old enough for them to come in. Why didn’t they call to make sure someone was here over 18 yrs old. They call back to say what happen. Smh. Worst experience ever and very unacceptable.
