I am so happy with the service from WyattWorks. They replaced the faucet on a jetted tub that had no access to that section of the tub. Jeremy took the time to review the option and proposed one that was cost-effective and allowed us to have easy access in the future. Friendly and thorough service. I will be using WyattWorks Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Josh and Jimmy were great! The sewer line to the street was clogged, and we had two different plumbers come out and tell us the city would have to dig down 9 feet tearing up the front yard and street. The truth was that these other plumbers just threw up their hands not knowing what to do—the project was too hard for them. Yet they were never able to demonstrate to the city that it was the city’s problem to fix. The city came out numerous times too to explain what they would and wouldn’t do.

The problem was compounded by the fact that numerous other utilities were added after the sewer line was placed—gas, electricity, water, cable, and fiber, and there was no room to work around them with a backhoe. It would have to be dug by hand.

Charlotte Plumbing came out and found the real problem—a stick (and not roots) in the clean out. They solved the 7-month old problem in about two hours!

Had a leak under the kitchen faucet. Called Option One to come fix. Scott was great and did an amazing job. I have a few more jobs that need to get done and I know I’ll be calling option one and specifically asking for Scott.

Stan was exceptionally polite, clean, efficient, and thorough. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and did so in layman's terms. He did not waste any time and he even offered some valuable advice on how to avoid some pretty serious problems going forward.I had not intended to use Roto Rotor but our home warranty service provider was going to have us wait 72 hours before the next available plumber could come out. While we would have likely saved some money there was no way we were going spend 72 hours without a functioning kitchen sink (due to a stoppage between the wall and the sewer main line).I recommend Roto Rotor, and Stan, and will not hesitate to call them in the future. Certainly better service than I got from my home warranty.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

Mike and his partner did an amazing job! I called 3 other plumbers who couldn’t give me an answer, including one that stormed out because we questioned him. I called CPM and Mike figured out the problem in 10 minutes and had it fixed within 20! The price was very reasonable. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We will only use this company for our plumbing needs. We couldn’t be happier with the work!

I called Ritchie Plumbing to ask if they were able to fix a sink that dropped below the granite countertop. I was told by John, that they were busy right now but would try to fit me in the next day. He also stated he would call me back in a few hours once he, figured out his schedule. He verified my phone number and I waited until I would hear back from him. This was around 1:30 pm. Around 8 pm, I texted John asking if they would be able to assist us or if I should find someone else. Let's just say, I'm still waiting for him to call and/or text back. He also stated it would be around $500 which I agreed upon at the time. I would like to say, if this was something this company doesn't fix, then say it at the time. Instead, he decided to lie and keep me from getting something fixed. Not only did his lack of professionalism destroy any confidence in this company that I had obtained through these Google reviews, but I won't ever use them, nor will I ever recommend them to my fellow Realtors. If I was pleased with the results, I was going to use their services for a few other homes my company had purchased to ensure the plumbing was in stellar condition before listing the new homes we aquired. That's not going to happen now. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism. Not only was I left waiting without even the common curtosey of a text back, but this pushed my selling process back, which has now cost me even more money than tha $500 he quoted me.

Now I'm so glad I did not use your services. Nothing you said below is true. You never mentioned once you were in NC, nor did you mention you weren't licensed in SC. All you said was, I'll check my schedule and get back to you in a few hours. It was a nice conversation and I fully expected you to call back. You seemed as if you would help us, but left us hanging. You must have me confused with someone else, because you never said any of that at all. As for the text. If the number you answered the phone on was a cell phone, then you have the text. You may forget my phone saves that sort of stuff.

All you had to do was tell me you weren't licensed in SC, and we would have been done. Neither am I dense or hard of hearing. You never said any of that. Good Day.

Brett regulated the water pressure to my home. He was very professional and timely. His pricing was fair. He showed pictures before and after and explained work done that he guarantees. He wore protective clothing when entering my home. I would highly recommend Johnson Plumbing and use them for any future plumbing needs.
