I LOVE working with these guys. They're super-professional, efficient and respectful of my time, and they keep the business in the family, which I love. And LOCAL. Love that, too. They are chock full of knowledge and are very candid in their estimates and work required to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with the install they did for my gas stove. Any time I have a plumbing issue, I call ONE number and they're it. And those CROCS, y'all. A+ service, highest possible recommendation.

My water heater died Saturday night and I called them first thing Sunday. They were able to send someone out that morning to take a look at the situation. Quickly he realized it needed to be replaced and quoted me with 3 different options. After selecting he quickly went to work and put in a new unit and it looks and works amazing. Pete was extremely nice and helpful and made a tough situation a lot easier for me.

After several attempts at fixing the issues at our business we called Mike and things were worse than we expected. He was clear and informative about the entire process. Giving complete details and pictures to help explain further before we made decisions about repairs. They worked quick and efficiently even when it was raining. All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.
