Mr. Rooter Plumbing not only answered my call at 9:30 pm, but came to my house within 30 minutes of the call. William, the Plumber, was dedicated to fixing an issue that AT&T fiber caused and was at my home until 3:00 am in the morning. Once the issue was diagnosed, William returned at 8:00 am to fix the issues and did not leave until the job was complete. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and know how to provide exceptional customer service. I will be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all my home issues and emergencies moving forward. Can not thank these guys enough for helping in an emergency situation.

They fixed my faucet leak while they were at my house quoting a new bathtub install. They did a free of charge water pressure test and checked out my newer water heater. Good job.

Once they arrived he was friendly and efficient. Had my tub unclogged and working within 15 minutes. Would defiantly use them again!

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

I had called a plumbing company and the customer rep said that she would get my questions answered and was placed on hold, too long and I hung up. I reached out to to Charlotte Plumbing Masters and was greeted by Tim. He answered all my questions and shortly I had Mike, the Plumbing Pro at my home. He was very Professional and Personable! He answered all of our questions and explained the process. The price was great and transparent. I highly recommend this company. Customer service is Top Notch! Tim also did great on follow up! Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R.
