Best Pump Service in Charlotte NC

WOW, what GREAT service at a GREAT price. I needed a hot water heater. I had initially called another local plumbing company to do the repairs. They told me my water heater was not a typical water heater and it would have to be special ordered and cost a lot. I asked them if they could provide me with options. I waited 3 days and they never got back to me. I called Jason at Julian's Plumbing and he was at my house within 2 hours. By 10 o'clock the next morning he had replaced my water heater at half the cost I was previously quoted. It was the absolute best service I have had in the last 25 years. It was wonderful working with an honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, local family owned business. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing!

Mr Michael Fisher was my service tech. He is every customer's professional service tech. Professional, courteous and he leaves the work area cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Mr Fisher. Benjamin Franklin plumbing should be commended for having an individual such as Mr Fisher representing them. Kudos to Mr Fisher!

Very polite, clean , helpful in checking and cleaning fireplace

We called Option One as our 5-6 attempt to unclog a pool plumbing pipe. They were unable to unclog the pipe, but I feel as if Dustin really tried and made every attempt that him and myself could think of to try and unclog the pipe. While we didn’t remove the blockage I do think we located it which was just as helpful as no one before Option One was able to identify where the blockage was. Dustin was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what he was doing and how he explained the process. When I do get the blockage removed, I will be calling Option One to return and re-plumb the pool.

Steven was the plumber that came out to repair our leak. He was very professional and communicative. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain what he assessed. We will definitely use AAA again!

John came quickly after my call this morning and worked hard to help us diagnose the cause of our leak in our crawlspace. He was courteous and efficient.

Very professional and quick service to a problem other plumbers could not figure out. I gave Roto- Rooter a try and was blown away with their skilled staff and expertise . These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! Quick and did what they said they would to replace 10 feet of sewer pipe in my yard. It took two guys about 3 hours. I was charged $7,100. I had my back up against the wall with a sewer problem and feel like the company took advantage of me.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy.
