Kevin Burden, did a very good job repairing a toilet bowl. The job was done quickly and very neat. His explanation of work and pricing was not complicated. Very friendly personality. We would recommend indeed.

I found Mike and his assistant very professional on time. They seemed very knowledgeable long history of Plumbing. They were very friendly and very courteous. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing I would recommend them. I would feel comfortable using them again

Rapid Rooter plumbing are true to their name. They were prompt in addressing our concerns and rapid in fixing problem with a blockage In a pipe at our home. Our plumber, John Bird was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. He fixed the issue promptly and provided honest advice about how to prevent future problems going forward. I would highly recommend this business.

BANG for your BUCK !!This is the third time I have needed assistance with plumbing issues in my 18 year old house. The first was many years ago and was a nightmare. The reputation of this company was good but the service was crap and left a huge mess.The follow-up on the complaints were as bad as the service. It made me shy away from large companies only to find the local dad-n-son plumbers were not much better. Along comes the company that I thought only unclogged drains. The service and clean up were so good, my wife is creating a list of upgrades that she wants done, I can rebuild an engine, build a computer, manage a network, put out a house fire, cook like a food-network star. SERGEY (7775) has my back in the plumbing department. I will try anything but am quick to know when to call a expert. Sergey was on time, neat, knowledgeable, and wanted to show me the results to ensure my satisfaction. There was one issue that I would have saved the trouble and gone and bought a new part. Sergey worked his way quickly through the issue and saved me the cost of the new part and the time it would have taken to go a part store and get the part. I will see what on my wife's list we can afford and will not hesitate to call ROOTER. I give Sergey and ROOTER a 5 wrenches rating :). Duke the fireman.

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

We came home from vacation to find that a pipe had broke and water broke through the wall. We called Terry to fix the repair on a Sunday and he arrived shortly after a call. He was extremely professional and resolved the issue quickly. I was very pleased with the services he provided and would highly recommend him. Thank you Terry for making a terrible issue we had a deal with a bit easier!
