Plumber, David Armour did an outstanding job installing my new hot water heater. His work is so precise and his professional knowledge is outstanding. He obviously takes great pride in his work. I was most impressed by his keen concern for safety in dealing with a gas appliance. I learned where to place my carbon monoxide alarms for optimum safety. He also explained how I can turn off the water or gas to my new tank. I get a nine year warranty that includes an annual inspection and flushing. I am so happy with the service from WyattWorks. They replaced the faucet on a jetted tub that had no access to that section of the tub. Jeremy took the time to review the option and proposed one that was cost-effective and allowed us to have easy access in the future. Friendly and thorough service. Really don’t no where to start I’ll start by saying Charlotte if you’re looking for a plumbing company who’s does clean work, hires professionals to work for them and is fair in pricing CHARLOTTE PLUMBING! Yesterday I called these people and spoke with Christina and explained I needed a plumber and she said hold on and scheduled me within 5 minutes, within a couple of hrs I had a licensed plumber his name was Josh , he was polite young man, cleaned after his job was done and left, about 12:30 last night I called Charlotte plumbing and told him my luck has run out now my shower was running and I could not shut it off, he told me where the shut off valve was and said I’ll send you someone in the morning, What I did not tell you I’m visually impaired so navigating around all this is quite difficult for me! At 8:16 Tyler who I worked with before showed up at my door this young man is incredible ! Respectful, professional and does clean work! I never write reviews because of my eyesight . So I apologize for my spelling! I hope you get the point! This is a good company to work with so to Damien, Christina, Josh & Tyler

I had Option One Plumbing come out regarding a washing machine drain at one of my rental properties. Service technician Ted showed up on time... was courteous...professional... knowledgeable gave me options regarding the repair. Rapid Rooter has a fantastic team. I needed a new disposal and they were able to come out and replace it in a timely manner (close to a holiday weekend). I would recommend them to anyone needing services.

I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

We had a terrific experience the day before Thanksgiving with Roto-router. I am now a loyal customer, and will go to them on a first choice.

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. Both were exactly as he explained, again surpassing their competitors. We will be calling All About The pipes for all of our future needs!

John Raymond was my technician and he did a great job. He went above and beyond making sure everything was covered under my home warranty. He was enthusiastic about wanting to fix everything I needed. He also made sure I knew everything he was doing and actually taught me some simple things as he went. Ask for John! You won’t be disappointed.

Because they showed up. The verdict is not out yet about the service overall. Waiting to hear back from company as far as part being ordered and any additional cost. Don't know how knowledgeable the tech was; he showed me the heat blower switch and told me it was the gas valve controller. I have been researching my issue for sometime and had some knowledge of parts and possible issue according to what I was experiencing. We will see , we will see.

I’m very happy with the work that was completed for us. John is a super nice guy and the price for everything we had done was incredible. He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater. If you need plumbing work this guy is definitely the person you need to call. I know I will be using him for anything we may have again

Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water heater in the attic of our home. He understood our family's need to be the least disruptive to our schedules, especially with running hot water, and made accommodations to start in the morning after our kids were off to school and completed the job before the kids came back home.
