Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Charlotte NC

We had our water heater fail and needed to get it replaced. We called for a quote and got a dispatcher that was not able to give us any pricing but said that the plumber would call when he was on his way and would be able to discuss pricing. When the plumber called, he told me that a replacement 40 gallon gas water heater would cost $2,329.00 for just the heater and installation was in additional. To say I was surprised would be an understatement as I can buy a 40 gallon gas water heater at Home Depot or Lowes for less than $600.00. I have no issue with a company making a fair profit, but a markup of almost 400% is beyond egregious and is far above other quotes that I received. This company is simply taking advantage of their customers and I will never call them again.

This is the first time I've used the company. They were fantastic from the time I initially called all the way through completion of the repair. They were able to fix our toilets that same day, which was fantastic. The technician was on time and called to discuss the repairs. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a slow drip and needed someone to come out quickly. 7R was quick to diagnose the issues and efficient with the repairs. Will use again in the future.

My plumbing sucks in my home and I have had 5 incidents from 2017-2021. Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue every time. They do outstanding work. They are honest with the minimum to fix the problem vs extra that can be done to prevent future problems. They always make me feel valued as a loyal customer.

Thomas showed up quick and got right to work. He had the water service back up and running within a hour. Jam up job.

Natural gas grill was not working due to gas supply. Mr David came, spotted the problem quickly, placed a new gas regulator and job done. Service is cheaper and quick. David is experienced, professional and an asset for the company.

Chris Jones replaced our kitchen faucet today. He was a very pleasant professional. From setting up the appointment in which they worked with my schedule to the actual install everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend this company!

The service we received was excellent. Stan was on time and gave us a lot of advice on maintaining clear pipes in our old house. He was quick and professional.

We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

Joel and his team are FANTASTIC. We had him install a laundry room sink this Summer. He was fast, knowledgeable and tidy. Last night when our laundry room flooded, he was my first call. John did an excellent job replacing the water cut off valve and supply line on my toilet.I wanted to get my repairs done today and he was able to fit me in after finishing his current job. He texted to let me know when he would arrive. John is very kind and friendly. He was easy to talk with and respectful of my house. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done,letting me know it should take and keeping it affordable. I greatly appreciated his help today.
