After two decades with a prior plumber and cutting ties like a bad marriage, Julians came to the rescue and fixed our water heater and was on time, courteous, fast, professional. He won my business going forward and I would and will recommend Julians to anybody and everybody..

Overall I have had a great experience. The technicians Jeff H. and Rodney were excellent. They were efficient and got the entire system hooked up in a timely manner and were very professional.Unfortunately I had a delay in my project getting city inspection and eventual clearance for the job. I would say that the company could have done better about communicating delays and could have been more organized in that regard. But ultimately they did a good job and will likely use them again for future services.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Marvin!This was my first time working with Benjamin Franklin. I must say I was very impressed and pleased with Marvin's professionalism, veteran experience, honesty, friendliness, and integrity. I had tree roots stuck in the outside drain, clogging the pipe. I had it cleaned but called BF for a second opinion on the repairs. They were happy to accommodate me. During the estimate visit, Marvin thoroughly explained the cause of the problem and how he was going to fix it. On repair day, he arrived an hour early and called to notify me that he could start immediately! He was honest about the scope of work and went above and beyond to make sure the pipe was properly replaced. I will definitely call Marvin again for any other plumbing issues.

We used AAA City Plumbing to install our gas stove. After multiple failed attempts from the Lowes installation service, we ended up calling AAA City Plumbing and our Tech was able to disconnect the old stove and install the new stove with no issues at all. They were even able to come out the same day we called. We were so happy with our experience with Stephan and Ian and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Brett did a great job at giving a good price and installing my water heater pretty fast. Brett and Eric were great at installing my tankless water heater and they also did work on my second home down the street in the same day. It was a great experience from calling and getting a price all the way to Brett showing up for the county inspection. I would recommend him and Eric as they have a vast amount of experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Brett and Eric were able to answer every single question I had about plumbing issues that I had at my second home and about the tankless install. I could tell how much experience he had when the inspector for the permits did his inspection and was asking questions and you could just tell he has been doing this for years and providing great quality service. Another fantastic experience with IRV. They have been great every time we have used them over many years. They came out the day after I called them for our (non-emergency) issue. Had it scheduled for two business days later and knocked out a big job within a few hours. Their folks are always kind and courteous, hard working and do a great job. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We had our hot water heater give out a couple days before Christmas, impeccable timing. John (the plumber) came out on Christmas Eve night and stayed for hours fixing the problem. That alone was above and beyond, but his service could not have been better! I highly recommend working with John and Ritchie plumbing for all you plumbing needs!
