Queen City Plumbing did an excellent job with our plumbing issue. We just moved into a new home and found a leak in the shower. Andrew arrived, assessed the issue, gave a quote for repairs, and performed the repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Had drain line moved for a new a/c system. Easy and fast. Awesome costume skills. Told and show me what needed to be done. In no time he was finish. No extra cost for the services. No add on sales to drive up cost.

So just wanted to say that just had the plumbing tech Richard out to fix a problem another plumbing company had left behind. Richard was punctual, very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend Richard and all the team at Charlotte plumbing.

Kenny, one of the service reps, came out multiple times trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with our Grinder Pump. After several attempts and calls with his boss and the product manufacture, he was able to determine it was a faulty float. I appreciated his time and efforts to figure out and resolve the issue.

Great! From dispatch (Dottie(?), who was friendly and upbeat), to Dave showing up within hours of my call. Dave was great! Really nice, professional, and suuper patient explaining what needed to be done to a very non technical person. Definitely recommend!

Brett and his team really saved my yard and sanity. A pipe burst in my front yard early this week. The first place that came out, Charlotte Plumbing, charged $75 just to come out. They were fine, they gave me options and didnt really push anything on me, but they promised to email me quotes which they never did, and their price was almost a GRAND more than what All Hours quoted me for the same job. All Hours didn't charge anything to come out either, and Brett was really professional, prompt, and honest. He was able to get his crew out and fix my pipe the same day. They definitely have a customer for life.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

We have used IRV Plumbing & Electric for the last three years for a major plumbing job and several plumbing and electrical jobs. We have always been so very pleased with their service, pricing and availability. We just had an electrical issue repaired last Friday (6/1/18) and our technician Nate was so awesome. Very professional and courteous. Thank you so much Nate!

John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

They started out nice and responsive, but then billed me to come out to fix their own work and tried to spin it that is was a mere coincidence that the pipe just happen to spring a new leak at the connector within inches of the leak they were working on. I cannot suspend reality to buy that argument and I would never use this company again.

Mr Brett, is a timely professional who was very respectful and knowledgeable in his profession. I would recommend his service to all and anyone in need of his service.

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.

Fortunately, we could be flexible with our schedule.
