Best Plumbing Service in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

I had 3 faucets installed by Nas. He was prompt, knowledgable and professional. Great service!

Timely arrival. Jason was very friendly & knowledgeable. He explained the problems and what was needed to repair.

Got in touch with Wyattworks through Angie list. They were great. The technician Scott was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

I called Charlotte Plumbing early Friday morning (before 8 am) to schedule service for a water heater issue we were having. To my surprise, the representative that answered the phone was not a receptionist, but a skilled plumbing technician. I described the issue, and he said it could be one of several things, and then he gave me an estimate of what each issue would be to fix. Very impressed, because I had an idea of what I might expect to pay going in. Chad arrived on time, and was professional and courteous, answering all of my questions, no matter how stupid. In the end, the issue was resolved for the price quoted.

Now I know nobody like paying for plumbing repairs, I get that. But Charlotte Plumbing and specifically Chad were a pleasure to deal with. I like that the person answering the phone was a knowledgeable plumber, and if their entire staff is like Chad, I will use them again in the future.

Mathew and his trainee Eli were professional and helpful in pointing out potential caulking issues we may have in the future. Great crew and I would have them back again. Really appreciated how they walked me through exactly what our issue was and what they were doing to fix the problem. Great experience and great guys!

Scott & Lee came out and did great job detecting the leak and repairing it. Very professional, would recommend!

We had AAA City plumbing out to check & repair our water heater. Turned out it needed to be replaced. Brian & Richard did an excellent job. Also want to send our heartfelt thanks to Kerry & Parrish in the office. They were both very kind and responsive to my urgent request for hot water, they had Brian here in an hour! This is at least the 3rd time we have used AAA and would highly recommend them.

Chris did an outstanding job on resolving our clogged-drain problem. He was quick, courteous and kept me well informed of the status of the cleanout effort.

I had a spigot on a rental property pop off and needed it fixed quickly for my tenants. Called All Hours Plumbing and someone was there in about an hour and did a good job fixing it, for a reasonable price. I will be using them again.

They were on time, professional and spent the time to explain the process and answer any questions. I thought the price was a little high but overall I am pleased my problem was solved in a timely manner.

labor rate is $147.00 per hour. a bit steep imo.

I had called a plumbing company and the customer rep said that she would get my questions answered and was placed on hold, too long and I hung up. I reached out to to Charlotte Plumbing Masters and was greeted by Tim. He answered all my questions and shortly I had Mike, the Plumbing Pro at my home. He was very Professional and Personable! He answered all of our questions and explained the process. The price was great and transparent. I highly recommend this company. Customer service is Top Notch! Tim also did great on follow up! I will reach out them again if the need arises. Thank you Tim and Mike. Happy customer!

The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars was because he arrived an hour and a half early to the appointment and caught us unprepared! Otherwise a great experience, very friendly and upfront. He explained everything he did and made sure we knew what we were paying for. He also provided us with options in the quote. I would definitely recommend them as your go-to plumber!
