Placed a call on Saturday for clogged sewer line. A technician responded in about 45 minutes to clear the line. Unfortunately the next morning I experienced the same issues. Called back on Easter Sunday. Again the response was was within the hour. This time the technician was Keith Barker. Keith was polite and professional. He helped me remove my septic tank lid, at which time he discovered the pipe going in was still clogged. Keith snaked it again, this time clearing the line. Keith did an outstanding job !!! Thanks Roto-Rooter and to Keith for a job well done. Would not hesitate to call for there service and would highly recommend.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. We have had John Raymond out for two different services: installing a new sump pump, and enlarging our washing machine drain pipe from 2 to 3 to accommodate a HE washing machine. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the service is great. John is on time, friendly and thorough, explains everything, offers options, cleans up, and provides quality service.

IRV shysters! They were sent by Home Services to repair/replace my water heater. Instead 60 minutes were spent trying to convince me I needed additional upgrades that was necessary which I did not need and I didn’t agree too. IRV was leaving and I had to ask him to at least plug the water leak which he did and them he leaves telling me I will hear from someone within two weeks. So… I get calls from two different IRV persons the next day telling me I have to “commit to pay $1640 for other services before water heater is replaced”. I refused the scam and my water heater will not be replaced by IRV.
