Lo and behold, they returned my call without my even leaving a message! Great customer service. Jeff R. came out and took time to explain to me what needed to be done and assured me he would take care of the problem. Did a great job and even cleaned up! Wish there were more repair professionals like him! Prices are fair and reps are courteous and knowledgeable. I always call Ben Franklin. They have helped me many times . . . top notch asociates.

Ted is “The Man” when it comes to customer service for this company!! He did exactly what he said he would do and stayed overtime at no extra charge to make sure he did it right. He truly was a God send to my wife and me, and this spring we’ll have him complete the estimated work which was out of our budget here at Christmas time. Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair. If I can use them in the future, I would.

When we had a pipe break we didn't know where to begin! We had water everywhere, it was leaking from an upstairs bathroom into our kitchen! It was a nightmare, luckily we called roto rooter, they were there quickly and they helped us navigate how to go about drying the water out, and the next steps to take, they worked with our insurance, and made the whole process as painless as possible! When something as frustrating as water damage happens the last thing you want to worry about is the honesty and integrity of the people helping you, roto rooter, was honest, up front, and straight forward with what they were doing, what they were fixing and the cost would be, and asked before they did anything. Branden was our water restoration specialist and he was awesome! I would use them again if I ever needed to, although I hope we never have to!

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!
