Best Plumbing Repair in Charlotte NC

I typically do not write reviews,but felt compelled to do so today. My family, friends, and neighbors have been using Julian's Plumbling for the last 15 yrs. Our plumber, Jason, has been outstanding with repair work and advice during this time. I would not trust anyone else with our plumbing issues. Guys keep up the good work!

Jeff H. Was on time, professional and fixed the problem efficiently and made sure nothing was leaking before leaving. Very happy all around.

I just want to say the Matt and Adam did a fantastic job and will use them again. Great guys and great price. Thanks again for the GREAT service. It was a nasty job, but they both kept a smile on their face and seemed to enjoy the work. Once again, y'all are awesome.

Had them come out to install a tankless water heater for us. Their quote was fair and detailed and the tech did an amazing job laying out all of our options.
After we agreed to do business with them they even helped us find some manufacturers discounts that lowered the price for us. The install took about a day and a half and went fairly smooth.
2 days later we suddenly stopped getting hot water. We called them and they sent someone out right away (the electrical outlet they had to install was bad they swapped it out and we were good to go an hour later)
All throughout the process they were incredibly responsive. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

We were purchasing a home with significant plumbing problems and needed estimates. The plumber that responded was on time and very professional. He texted a notification that he was on the way with a picture of himself. He found other problems that the home inspector had missed. Highly recommend.

Joe K went above and beyond to complete the jobs which would normally take 2 guys. He stayed extra to make sure it was completed in 1 day. Highly recommend Joe for any project, no matter how complex.

Not Happy with the service, Called because the sink was backed up, first Steve came out he did not snake the drain, but assumed that it needed to be pressured from the roof and it would cost $800.00, we paid the $800.00 and he had his boss come out and do the work and now after only 2 months the sink is backed up again, and the washer and dishwasher are backing into the sink, now they want to charge us again to come out, with the excuse that it is out of warranty. So how convenient only a 1 month warranty. I will not be using these guys ever again they take your money and do a poor job. They don't care they are just about the money.

Brett and his team really saved my yard and sanity. A pipe burst in my front yard early this week. The first place that came out, Charlotte Plumbing, charged $75 just to come out. They were fine, they gave me options and didnt really push anything on me, but they promised to email me quotes which they never did, and their price was almost a GRAND more than what All Hours quoted me for the same job. All Hours didn't charge anything to come out either, and Brett was really professional, prompt, and honest. He was able to get his crew out and fix my pipe the same day. They definitely have a customer for life.

On Sunday, we called roto rooter as we had a problem with our garbage disposal leaking. Within 3 hours they had someone out to take a look. Wade, the technician they sent out was extremely professional, walked my tenant through what the problem was and what the costs would be to correct and within an hour had everything running smoothly again... or so we thought. He had forgotten to remove the knockout cap. This caused the water leaving the dishwasher to back up. In the end I had to go out to the property and redo the work.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers! Recommending Bliss Plumbing to our local family and colleagues; as well as continuing to patron their business in the future!

Fast and through. John was available and quick. I had a problem with a well line and he was able to come out and repair it quickly and efficiently.

Just wrapped up our 2nd time with McCoy Plumbing and couldn’t be happier! They’re prompt, professional, reasonably priced & easy to work with! They stand behind there work & have our business for life!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

Roto Rooter (and Adonis in particular) was great- I called in the morning, they were out same day afternoon.

I was using roto-rooter for a second opinion and I’m glad I did, Adonis was able to fix my issue for half the price I was quoted from another company and he was very knowledgeable and friendly while fixing the issue.

I will definitely use this service again!
