I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. The gentleman explained the what, where’s and why’s without me even asking. That shows true character. Thank you fellas. I will definitely recommend you all.

She was informative, courteous, and took the time to explain to me exactly how Benjamin Franklin Plumbing conducts business. Shannon arranged for a plumber to perform a same-day visit to my home.As promised, the technician, Kevin C., called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, he immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me a written estimate, and then performed the necessary work when I approved the estimate. Kevin was knowledgeable, worked quickly, and fixed the problem. Furthermore, he was professional, courteous, and answered our questions. This is the kind of customer service I remember growing up. WyattWorks was responsive from the beginning by keeping me informed of who and when would be arriving to diagnose my tankless water heater. My technician, Brian, was prompt, honest and polite. He provided me with options for next steps in which I decided to replace my water heater. He called in a second technician, Malicah, to ensure the install would be complete same day. I would give Brian, Malicah and the WyattWorks an A+ for service and professionalism.

Marty is the man - he came to our house on an emergency call and didn't leave until the job was done right. He also helped us get our hot water heater replaced in a timely and professional manner. 5 Stars for this guy and his company. Thank you Marty.

Fantastic experience with roto-rooter, they took the time to clear up my clog, left my home cleaner than when they started and were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I called them and gave them my name and number and they never called me back.

I walked in the garage to find my water heater had burst and was gushing water, I immediately called CPM and they were out within the hour and I had a new water heater by the end of the night, which was unexpected, I was sure I was going to have to wait, Diyan was very professional and worked into the night (after 10pm), also while it was freezing and starting to rain. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

The experience with Ritchie Plumbing was the better than ever expected. Johnnie was very professional and dedicated to doing the job right. The end result was a professional well finished job. His crew he brought with him was all great and very polite. Not to mention everyone there has served in our military and that is a pleasure in its self.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.
