Best Plumbing Problems in Charlotte NC

We had a clogged kitchen drain and was originally told by another company we would need an expensive additional service to clear the drain. We called Julian's Plumbing to see if they provided the service suggested by the first company that came out. Jason asked a few questions to better understand our situation and said they did provide the service I inquired about but he didn't believe we needed it. Jason was able to come to the property that day and was able to clear our drain within 10 minutes. He not only resolved the issue but saved us hundreds of dollars by not overselling services that were not required. We couldn't be more impressed with their service, professionalism, and most of all their integrity. Julian's Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company moving forward.

I looked up a 24 hr plumber after noticing my hot water heater was leaking. Someone from Benjamin Franklin of Charlotte came out that evening. I thought it might be a simple fix but the plumber took a quick look and said entire tank needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price with tax over $5,000 for a 50 gallon gas hot water heater. He said the price included a 9 or 12 year warranty and maintenance contract guarantee on the hot water heater They were prompt and courteous.I did not use their service anymore and did not agree to installation. I called to make sure everything was canceled since they were working on setting up another visit. They agreed to cancel everything and I just paid for the service visit that told me it needed to be replaced.I used Benjamin Franklin in South Carolina to install a smaller gas hot water heater a few years ago and the cost was $850 but that is not the same franchise apparently.

Plumbing issues are never fun, however I have to say this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the scheduling of the appointment to the completion of the service, everyone one we encountered was very professional, informative, and accommodating. Solomon Flash is too-notch and knows his stuff! We have some additional service that is needed, but I am at peace knowing that I am dealing with a fair and reputable company! I will recommend to family and friends.

We’ve used Option One twice in the last 6 months. Once for moving a water line for a renovation and once for a major clog in our drain line. Trever, who did our renovation project was awesome and went above and beyond for us. Our other technician for the clog was Ted. He was just as awesome! He treated our home as if it were his own and refused to leave until the job was completed to his and our satisfaction. I could not recommend this company, or either of these two gentleman enough for any plumbing project or issue you have in your home. Fantastic experience both times with scheduling and completing our plumbing needs.

This company is amazing, and probably the best if you want a real plumber. I work for a restoration company and good plumbers are hard to find. They gave us a time frame; I was honestly expecting 2-3 hours later, considering it was 8PM and that's how majority of plumbers are. No, they gave us a 9PM time and sent out a tech, on time, that diagnosed and found the problem right away. Our technician, Chris Jones, was professional, respectful, and like I said, found the problem right away. Very happy to have gotten Chris as our technician.

All hours installed our water heater about a year ago, the installation and professionalism was great. Recently we had an issue with the heater due to a manufacture error. Upon hearing the problem All Hours managed to find the part and come over to fix it very quickly. Knowing this was a manufacture issue they treated us very well and gave us an amazing deal. Highly recommend and will be using them anytime we have a plumbing issue as we feel they are respectful with honest prices.

After another company couldn't get my drain unclogged I called Roto-Rooter. The tech Adonis who came out was very knowledgeable & professional and was able to get my drain opened up. I would definitely use these guys again.

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

They came quick, were thorough, and explained everything I needed to fix my problems. The rates were much more reasonable than another recommended company and these guys were faster and more efficient with their time while in my home. I didn't have any doubts in the quality of work and what needed to be done was completed faster than estimated, which is also a nice surprise. He was sure to be courteous to my home and left the work area as if he was never there. I will be calling them if I ever need them in the future! Thank you

I had D.R. Jordan out to service my tankless water heater and diagnose a problem with a kitchen faucet. Reid is honest, professional and personable, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. He will give you a straight answer and helpful suggestions. I would recommend him for any plumbing repair, issue or service.

Van was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and explained. Customer service should have been more accurate with the time as they were 4 hours late

Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.

It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.

Nick did a great job. He was on time and quickly repaired our toilet. He was friendly and very professional. If we have further needs we will use this service every time.

Excellent company and can’t recommend enough!! Came out day we called and installed a new water heater and installed/replaced additional other parts to bring ours up to code. Checked for any gas leaking multiple times to make sure all was safe. Highly recommend and very fairly priced!

Excellent service, Prompt & Professional!!

Called Jason @ Zoom on Friday afternoon for a toilet that would not flush. He quoted me a price and said that the next afternoon he would be out. It was not an emergency as this was just the guest bathroom so the following afternoon was perfect.

The next morning I received a call from Jason saying he would be by in an hour. Only 40 mins later him and his guys were there (already a great start).

After assessing the situation they proceed to work quickly and got everything fixed up in about 20 mins.
They also took care not to make a mess, and cleaned up well after.

I was also charged less than the quoted price.....so overall 5 stars for great service, prompt arrival, and honest pricing. I will def recommend and call them again if anything goes wrong.

Brian worked us into his busy schedule to track down a leak and repair the damaged pipe. He was thoroughly professional, kind and the cost for what he did was entirely fair. We cannot recommend ACC highly enough.
