Best Plumbing Problems in Charlotte NC

They came out to my house after hours to look at my septic tank. After looking they had things dug up and cleaned out. Did a neat and beautiful job of cleaning up the yard. I honestly would recommend them. I learned quality dosen't it pays !!!

But the outrageous price to install two toilets your company charges. Would have gone somewhere else but time was of the essence. I had to have my well repaired. Several outdated parts were worn out and needed replacement. The ladies taking my call were very polite and got technicians to me in a speedy fashion. The technicians were prompt, courteous, knew what the job entailed and were quite efficient. They showed and explained the parts that needed replacement. Believe I was given a fair price for the job. Would recommend them.

John Bird (#63) came by our house today to repair an issue with our shower. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. He was able to repair the shower very quickly. I would highly recommend him and Rapid-Rooter!

While the service man was polite, they caused a leak and flooding to my house during the repair of a toilette without a leak. The owner hired flood medics to dry out the house, repaint and redo my bathroom floor. Approx a year later, the work isn't completed and it has been months since the Owner of the plumbing company has called or the owner of flood medics has called to ensure that the work has been completed. I need to have my home appraised now and my vinyl floor was put down crooked and they ran out of product so the entire floor couldn't even be finished poorly in the interim.
I don't have disposable income to correct this error and trusted them to correct the flood caused by their careless plumber. I will post pictures. I waited nearly a year to voice a complaint or express frustration with the lack of follow through and customer service.
I wouldn't trust either company to do, even the smallest job.

Aiden did a great job. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. With his pipe camera he showed me a place of potential problems in the future.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

They solved the problem, didn’t try and up-sell me on anything. Left the bathroom cleaner than what it was when they got here. Pricing I thought was extremely fair.
