Best Plumbing Leak Repair in Charlotte NC

I have had ongoing plumbing problems in my bathroom for years, finally i called Julian plumbing, they sent a technician named Jason to my home. He was prompt and very courteous, and fixed the problem that kept coming back that others could not fix. I have been problem free for months, and he explained all the problems and corrections to me as he worked. I am very satisfied with the professional service I received from Julians Plumbing and would recommend they to everyone.

What i like about this company is everyone is happy or at least they pretend to be.. .I worked in customer service for one of the largest automobile companies for 35 years. The towns changed , the Dealerships changed, the service advisors changed, but The thing that never changed was the customer wanted a particular thing fixed , you can fix 10 things on the car, but if you don’t fix the Primary item the customer will not be happy .You can beg for 10,’s or whatever is the highest score in your System, but the customers are smart they know , in their opinion what the service score is about and what score their. Contact people have earned. Sometimes the customer is wrong and completed the survey wrong , so be it “stuff happens, happy employees develop an atmosphere within the business and you can see it , hear it , and smell it..Relationships with customers creates loyal customers who get service more regularly and purchase additional services.Customers will not always be happy , however,’ the worst type of customer is the one that never says anything , they just pay and leave and never comeback no matter how “Dependaworthy “ your business is,Sorry for being long winded, you see I Teach and Preach Customer Satisfaction all the time. I observe the cashiers at the store, waiters and waitresses, telephone operators ( yours today, Friday 11/25 late in the day nearing quitting time was extremely pleasant (score 10)and said she wanted to put me on hold and see if she could check with dispatch provide service tonight and she was able to get the technician here in twenty minutes . He showed up and smiled and said what can do to help today, ( 10 ) very pleasant and reassuring “ i got this. attitude “ remember , sometimes it’s not what is said but your body language screaming what ypur really thinking .Usuallyon Friday after noon gets youj a scowling technician who is looking to end the call as soon as possible resulting in a repeat repair, comeback and misdiagnosis which costs your business a tremendous amount of profits over time.Bottom Line; I recommend this business…..I guess In could have given aThumbsUpI?Sincerely ,Dr. NystrumCommon sense teaching to develop your long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty ,increasing your overall profitability.

First time using Roto-Rooter and I am very pleased with their service. I have a rental business in Charlotte but live out of State and it has always been a challenge to find someone who won’t take advantage of that. For the past 11 years I have tried several plumbers and nearly all of them have taken advantage of the fact that I live out of State and cannot check or verify their work.However Jeff and Samuel from Roto-Rooter are both extremely honest and skilled plumbers. I would highly recommend them both.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

I think his name was Tony (I feel bad Im forgetting, but this is a few days late) he was great though! My fireplace actually didn't need fixing, but was super tricky to turn on, and he showed me how to do it, as well as went over some basic safety tips for the type of fireplace I have! I would 100% recommend him and this company!
