They are chock full of knowledge and are very candid in their estimates and work required to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with the install they did for my gas stove. Any time I have a plumbing issue, I call ONE number and they're it. And those CROCS, y'all. A+ service, highest possible recommendation.

Russ Baker replaced my hot water heater this weekend. He is incredibly friendly, great customer service, and easy to work with. My dog, Maggie, would have jumped in his truck and never looked back. Russ worked professionally and efficiently. He spent some time explaining what was replaced and my maintenance responsibilities. Russ is definitely an asset to the Ben Franklin team. Had gutter down spouts that were totally clogged beyond any imagination. They ran into under ground drains. William quoted the job and assured me all would work well. They went above and beyond and we discovered many broken lines etc. What could be fixed was fixed. I was very pleased with the communication, work , ethics of the company. Would recommend and use again.

Had an emergency on a Sunday evening at 6:00pm. Had a burst pipe on the hot water heater and it was filling the crawlspace with steam and water. Called AAA City Plumbing and got a call back from them in just a few minutes. The person on the line walked me through turning the water off so it would stop leaking until the tech got there. Waide arrived about 45 minutes later. I was very impressed with Waide. He was very friendly and personable and wore a mask the entire time. He fixed my leak in about 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the response time, the service and Waide's professionalism and demeanor. He was a joy to have at our home and we will definitely call AAA City Plumbing next time we need a plumber!

Jesse was professional and prompt with the service. He was able to unclog our drain to the sewer and communicated with us throughout the process.

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. IRV Plumbing and Tony Williams get the highest rating from us. We needed a new hot water heater. We called IRV and they would have come that day, but we couldn't do it then so we scheduled for the next morning. Tony arrived at about 10 a.m. and determined the tank was cracked. He wrote up three options for replacing it, and after we picked one, he installed the new water heater himself because no installation crews were available that day. He explained everything carefully, including the differences in the three options he offered. The whole thing was done in one day and one phone call. And the corner of the garage where the water heater is located is now cleaner than it was when Tony got here. This was A+ service all the way around.

John is a wonderful knowledgeable plumber with lots of skills. Even on a Sunday he came and helped us greatly.
