I had such a great experience with Jeremy. He was out to do a plumbing inspection on a house that I plan to buy. The most important thing he did besides the extremely thorough inspection was to tell me about things I should look for. I felt so much more educated about my house because of the things he pointed out to me. I enjoyed his friendly nature and positive attitude. It helped me in my stress over buying a home!

Ted was awesome, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out. We weren't able to find the shutoff valve (even after having our handyman look) and he found it in 2 seconds as well as the county water meter which helped identify any leaks we had throughout the house. July 9, 2017 starting the week off bad. Plumbing was backed up it starting flooding in my basement. My son came over to try and help me, he ran a snake through the pipes would not flooding. He yelled to me and said to call Roto-Rooter NOW!!!!! I called them and they came within 45 min. A team of seven came, Ron, Nealleigh, Andre, Derrick, Steve, Tim and Darren, these guys worked wonders they found a hole in my pipes and repaired it, they even cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Now all I'm waiting on is my insurance company for repairs.

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

The Technician came right away when our hot water heater began leaking suddenly. This was our second quote and they were more reasonably priced than some other companies. The technician did a great job, our new water heater looks great, he left the area nice and tidy! We really appreciate the quick and efficient service!
