Best Plumbing Fix in Charlotte NC

The way a person treats other people says a lot about them and the company they are employed with. While I see there are many people very pleased with the services of this company, I witnessed an employee from Julian's cuss an employee out at lowes this morning. When I say cuss her out, I do not mean the five year old version of swearing. I mean, he said just about every swear word known to man. And why he did this? Because he was trying to return a USED sump pump...now, I don't know Julian's return policy (joke) but lowes has a return policy clearly stated on the back of the receipt stating that used items will not be refunded. So the actions of this man over something so ignorant and petty was beyond me. The way you represent yourself represents your company and I surely will never call Julian's for any work.

RB was very professional and efficient. Arrived on-time fixed the issue and was gone in 45 minutes!

So here's the deal, the techs told us if we gave a good review, we'd receive 10% off. It sounded like a no brainer until our sump pump failed and another company told us we were over charged for a repair that did not solve our problem. Our takeaway is, always get 2nd or 3rd opinions and be wary of special deals.

Chris, our tech, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an efficient worker. He was on time and diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes, explained what needed to be done and provided competitive pricing. The work included cutting the toilet drain pipe, removing the toilet to pull out the pipe, install new pipe and flange, and reinstall the toilet. He completed his work without any problems. The toilet now sits directly on the wood floor. Prior to the repairs, it was shimmed up at least 3/8 inches off the floor due to the flange height. We are very pleased with the repairs. Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road. We would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again!

James fixes a deeply clogged kitchen sink. He was extremely professional and persevered to get the job done well. I would absolutely call on him again.

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

Dickerson has been our first call for more than a decade. Simply one of the best. No, they will NOT be the cheapest. You get what you pay for. The service techs show up…. On Time.
Angie and Debbie have been consistently responsive and helpful to set appointments. The Techs are experienced, Professional and polite. We are texted in advance with an ETA for the plumber with photo. Some of the plumbers ( and electricians) have been with Dickerson for more than 15 years. That has to say something about the company and how they treat their people. We have posted reviews on Facebook as well. If you don’t know what you are doing or don’t have the time to mess with the project, hire a professional. Get the job done right the first time.
I am an experienced DIY person. Lately though, I have not had time to horse around and waste time.
I have actually had Dickerson fix work correctly, that other (less expensive) companies have done.
