I hired Roby electric to clean-up an abandoned job from another electrical contractor. Kyle and his team of 3 other guys worked hard to finish our job for 10 hours straight. While things weren't completely prepped for them, they worked through challenges and made sure the job was completed in a timely manner. They were pleasant to work with and I have hired them twice since the first engagement and they have delivered.

Jody really made the process of replacing our water heater smooth for us. He called before the appointment and let us know he had reviewed the emergency call we placed to Michael & Son when our water heater failed and overflowed. He let us know he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. Upon arrival, Jody was courteous, empathetic, and ready to get to work. He explained the pricing for the replacement unit and was patient with our questioning. His answers were thorough and straightforward. Then, once we decided on a payment option, he went about gathering his supplies and got to work. He worked efficiently and answered any questions that came up. Once he finished, he stayed long enough to ensure that everything was working up to and beyond our expectations. He also took time to explain proper shut off points for the unit as well as the warranty and service agreement. We were very pleased with Jody and because of his professionalism, we will definitely be using Michael & Son for future plumbing needs and the other services they offer. Thanks, Jody!

Had a main waterline leak. They knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem and did it very fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend!

Call 1 Home Services is great. We have used them for years for repairs on our 40+ year old home. Most recently they repaired some major water and termite damage to an area just beneath our roof. You could see from the outside into the attic. They repaired the damage beautifully, and identified other issues. Paul and Brian also repaired a dryer vent under the house. They are courteous, friendly and professional, clearly explaining everything as they went along. I highly recommend them.

K1 was quick to respond to my online request - within minutes. Came the next day to fix my problem and charged less than others had quoted me. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend. Also wore a mask :).
