I was referred to Queen City Plumbing for a tankless water heater and water softener. Jeff came out on time wearing a mask and booties. While evaluating in our equipment room we both noticed leaks in the plumbing fittings of our 13 year old home. Upon further inspection he advised we had dura-pex piping that had the bad fittings. This pipe and fittings were through our entire home in the walls, etc. I verified this information online and there is a class action law suit against the manufacturer of these pipes. So our project became replacing all of the cold and hot water piping and fittings in our entire home. So I spoke with Parker in the office who set us up 0% financing for 18 months. He was extremely kind and helpful. Jeff, Fernando, Corey and Alec showed up on the first day to evaluate where the walls needed to be cut and to begin the replacement. They were very clean, respectful and all wore masks and booties the entire time. These guys worked hard and late for 4 days. Fernando and Alec were the primary guys doing the work but Jeff and Parker were there working late also. At the end of the day they re-piped our entire home, removed 3 water heaters, installed a new tankless water heater and water softener for the whole home. The sheet rockers are at my home today repairing the 25-30 sections/holes cut in our walls from the re-pipe. Their opinion is the plumbers did a clean job with minimum holes which makes the work easier and less expensive on the sheetrock repair side.At the end of the day Queen City Plumbing exceeded every expectation we had. Their workers (both in the office and in the field) were very good representatives of the company and in my experience quality starts at the top and works it's way down. An extra thank you to Fernando and Alec for the long days and working into the night to get us completed as soon as possible. It is without hesitation I rate this company 5 stars.

I was so fortunate to have Bill Ferguson come to my home today to help me with our plumbing issue. What a nice, respectful, honest man. Bill investigated our issue, identified the problem, and gave me the lowest cost option rather than charging me the maximum possible for what turned out to be a minimal issue. I highly recommend you call Benjamin Franklin and request Bill if you ever have the need for a Plumber.

We have used Wyatt Works a few times now and we have been extremely satisfied every single time. Mike Orlando is absolutely great. No way I would use a different plumbing service.

If anyone needs a great plumber, I would highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing...I've used them several times at work and yesterday at my home for no hot water pressure...called them 8am, needless to say they were slammed...came out at 2:30 and they fixed me up...$75.00..Unreal price...I gave him a $100 bill...Great Company!

I will definitely be using Rooter Man for all my future plumbing needs. Not only were they timely in their response, but they did a great job explaining the plumbing issue I was facing and giving me a few different options we could go with. Their pricing seems very fair based on past my experiences with other plumbing companies. Well run company!

Steve, with Roto-Rooter came out and work on my mother's water heater. The water heater was about 15 years old and it was time to either change the element or change the water heater. Steve work on the trying to change the element but the element bolt was rusted and Steve could not break the bolt to change out the element. Long story short a new water heater was installed by Steve. Steve did a excellent job and he was a professional the whole time because Steve had to rework the copper water pipes and it was just a lot to me. I want to thank Steve and Roto-Rooter professionalism, patience and outstanding work and restoring hot water at my mother home.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

I had an issue with the kitchen sink and I called 5-8 people and was told no every single time. Charlotte Plumbing Masters were the first people who said they would come out and look at it and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Will definitely use them for anything else that we need fixed!

Was having issues with sink draining due to clogging. Had an amazing tech named Tony come out and helped fix our issue. He was very informative and let us know the situation at hand.
10/10 will always go with this company!
