Dave came out and installed a new soft water infiltration system to replace the old one that was out of date and not working. Dave was out a few months earlier to replace a busted pipe and educated me on why I needed the infiltration system since I had a well. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Came out and told me it would cost 500.00 to fix a broken coper line and 250.00 to fix a broken pvc pipe!! Told them to hit the road. Called another plumber they charged 170.00 to fix everything. Don't get robbed by these guys!

If you're looking for someone to fix your plumbing, these are the people you want. I had a massive backup in my pipes and called Option One on Wednesday morning. I was in desperate need of same day service. Brittany returned my phone call very shortly after I called, she had someone out to me within 2 hours. Aaron came out & discovered the issues with my old pipes, and scheduled me to have all of the plumbing and water lines replaced the very next day. He was professional and informative. The next day he and Ted returned and finished everything in one day! They were truly life savers! Both were polite, professional and courteous. They kept me informed through the entire process and the price was beyond reasonable. Give them a raise! I had a plumber out previously from a different company who was absolutely NO help. I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.

Horrible service! Plummer put our sink handle on the wrong way! We called and he said he would come and fix it on friday. He never came or showed up! When i called the company, they told us we had to pay 196 dollars for them to correct something they did wrong! We already paid 250 dollars for a 30 minute job. They customer service skill are very unprofessional. We complained to Lowes about they contract with them. I advise to stay away if they can not do they job correctly. The picture of the sink was on the box! And still our handle is facing the wrong side

Jeremiah at IRV provided us with outstanding high quality service getting our hot water heater running and addressing other plumbing issues during a critical time (over the Christmas holidays rescuing us from issues that could have really put a damper on the season). He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was also super patience with all of my questions and just a joy to work with!!! I have extremely high expectations and Jeremiah met them when so many others have not.

My breaker kept tripping every time my water was on for 5 minutes (sometimes a little bit longer) I was convinced it was my well, which is a MAJOR expense. I called John at 6:30a.m. and he was at my house by 7:30a.m.

After John did some diagnostics, come to find out it was my water tank, which is significantly cheaper to replace than a well. He quoted me a price that was at least $100 cheaper than the next guy.
