Best Pipe Repair in Charlotte NC

I had roots in my main sewer line that caused the problem. The company charged me $287.00 for just putting the snake in the sewer line and pulling some of the roots; no warranty given whatsoever as they stated by their employee and their receipt!! I had the same issue in another house that I own (four months ago) and I called another company, which I don't recall their name, their job was excellent; located and cleaned the whole sewer line, cut all the roots by a special tools, gave three months warranty for their work, and they told me to put some chemical products to prevent roots from growing into the line again, and they charged me $300.00, so comparing the work of these two companies, I would never call this company again and I don't recommend it.

Fernando and Nas were very professional and respectful. They did everything as neatly as possible and cleaned up nicely. Fernando took the time to explain how our system works and set up everything for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Adam Wahl had come out for a service call on our whole house water filtration system. Adam was prompt, very professional and accommodating to make sure that our system leak was addressed in a timely and professional manner. He needed to overnight the part and even came out on his day off to make the repair. Very happy with Adam’s help.

Great experience! The whole process was smooth from booking the appointment to having the work completed. Chad was my plumber and I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left.

My technician, Dustin, tried everything he could to repair my existing tankless water heater in spite of it being 15 years old and having never been serviced. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix it but he was able to find a comparable new one and stayed until it was installed and we had hot water again. He was professional, cordial and a pleasure to have at my house. He cleaned up his mess and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Though it was a hefty expense I wasn’t planning on at this time, he was able to help me mitigate some of the cost of it while getting me on a maintenance program to help me prolong the life of my new tankless system. From the lady who called me back to set up the appointment (don’t recall her name) to Dustin that did all the work, I am very pleased with the outcome

John Bird was absolutely wonderful! I know nothing about our plumbing system and he was very helpful in explaining what was going on and how to fix it in the future. He definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention we are getting married this week so it was a huge relief to have someone help us!

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

Was disappointed with the amount of time I had to wait for service (granted it was Sunday, but still). Called at quarter to 11 am after almost 2 hours of scooping and dumping backed up water and catching it in time before flooding and was given a waiting time between 4pm-8pm in which I could not use water unless I wanted to be scooping and dumping again. Was called after 6, saying there would be a tech on the way in 30-45 mins. Got a call less than a minute later saying there was a delay. Asked if someone would be out before 8 pm. Was told I had to wait for a tech to be freed up. Again, have not been able to use water for hours! Was called right at 8 saying still waiting on tech and did I want to reschedule. Did not. Wanted to be able to bathe, wash hands, etc. Was called again at quarter to 9 pm saying tech was on the way in 30-45 minutes. Tech finally got to my home at 9:45 pm. He had written down fee/cost (which I knew would cost, but not that high---$350+ plus tax??!!) and I asked is this per hour even if you aren't here an hour?! He said yes. I feel this is and was extremely high (I'm a teacher. I need the money, but I also need to be able to use water without my house flooding). He was here less than an hour--50-55 minutes. I am very, very displeased with the time I had to wait/delays, cost and time he was here. I feel after all of that, I should not have had to pay all of that!

I have dealt with many contractors that have performed maintenance and repairs on my home. Many are good, some are average and a few have not done well at all. These guys were great. I had an older water heater that needed to be replaced and the second they could they were at my house fixing it - even during a thunderstorm! Only took a couple hours and it looks and works great. Very happy to be able to take hot showers again thanks to them!

Tony with Bliss Plumbing was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous . He was able to diagnose our faucet and disposal issue very quickly. He also did a great job on the install of both disposal and faucet. I would highly recommend Tony and Bliss Plumbing!

I can't say enough about McCoy Plumbing. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful. We had a major sewer line repair and we really couldn't have asked for someone better to do the job. I highly recommend their work.

Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water heater in the attic of our home. He understood our family's need to be the least disruptive to our schedules, especially with running hot water, and made accommodations to start in the morning after our kids were off to school and completed the job before the kids came back home.
