On time! Professional and personable with the attitude of getting it done right! I highly recommend this company, especially the gentleman that fixed my plumbing issue.

I was happy with the technician, Justin C. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it and did not get annoyed even though he had to go out for the second time to get the right fixture when I did not like the faucet he brought with him. I cannot comment on value as I needed the job done fast and did not get a 2nd quote.

Mike was great! I just googled the best plumber in Charlotte and saw WyattWorks reviews and was impressed, so naturally that's the one I called. Boy what a smart decision! I was have water pressure problems in my shower and Mike checked the pipes under the house and then checked the shower head, found a very small piece of plastic that was the culprit. With a timely, friendly service person and a very reasonable price I couldn't give these guys a better review! I highly recommend them and suggest you don't waste time calling anyone else! They were here less than 24 hours after my initial call even after I explained that this was not emergency. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Mike is an awesome technician. He repaired a leak before and was amazing, so I used Charlotte Plumbing again for a new toilet installation based on that experience. To say Mike is professional is an understatement. He is prompt, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He gets right to it and wastes no time, removed old unit in a clean manner, stays to make sure there are no leaks, and just goes above and beyond in all aspects. Charlotte plumbing is lucky to have him. And, I feel lucky to have Charlotte Plumbing. Thank you!

I'm a new customer and I can't say enough great things about this company. The representative Tommy was courtesy and went step by step in explaining and repaired the leak in kitchen. He also checked for any water damage that may occurred.
The customer service called to verify the appointment went well and to make sure everything was completed and if we had any additional questions. You have a customer for life.

They were able to send out a plumber in about an hour when I had a leak at my water heater when other places were saying it would be 10-12 hours before someone could get here. Chris Jones was the technician and he was super helpful, explained all my options and answered all my questions. He installed my new water heater quickly and saved the day!

I cannot possibly recommend All Hours Plumbing any higher. Brett did exactly as he said in a timely manner for a great price. I only interacted with him over the phone and he was always very courteous. He kept my renters happy by getting the job done right and well. I am in the military and 400 miles away and I don't need the stress of worrying whether or not plumbing will get fixed correctly. Brett has now eased any stress that could come up as a result of managing a rental property from so far away. Talking to another trusted plumber(that is too far away to do the work), Brett met all the qualifications and the price range for the job and I couldn't be happier. He is my permanent plumber for any future work that I need done.

Service tech was awesome (5 stars) but pricing for this service was very expensive. $855+ to replace toilet (that we provided) and a shut off valve. Only there for about an hour

I was extremely impressed with Charlotte Plumbing Masters. They responded quickly, appointment time set and they arrived on time. I had more than one problem to be taken care of and everything was explained in a very professional and easy to understand way. All the work was completed and everything is working great. I will contact them again should I have a plumbing problem. Great job!!

Reid came to repair leaky outside faucet he was quick, responsive, very personable, fair pricing, he was mindful of my flower bed and cleaned up promptly behind himself. Will certainly use him again.

After calling 5 other recommended plumbers and no one returning my call with the exception of one who was out of town and could come the next day, I had an emergency on Sunday when my washer drain pipe started filling up after doing a load of laundry and it was gurgling and started to leak down the wall. Luckily it stopped overflowing once the washer stopped but I knew it should not wait until the next day so having prior experience with Rotor Rooter over past years I called and they were out within an hour and had the work completed within an hour. I still have not received a call from the other plumbers and I greatly appreciate their quick response and attention especially over the weekend. They did a great job, no contact service, very clean.
