We have used Charlotte Plumbing since building our home 11 years ago. We purchased an Aquasana Whole Home Water Filtration system, and called to see if they installed these devices. They not only install them, but are extremely knowledgeable on the pros and cons and what to be aware of when adding a filtration system. Marty came out and did an outstanding job with the installation. We highly recommend and will continue to use Charlotte Plumbing for all of our Plumbing needs!

Matthew with Mr. Rooter came to help me with an unknown leak in my laundry room. He was able to diagnose my problem (a blocked drain for a/c condensation) very quickly and talked me through the best options for fixing the blocked drain. He was professional and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be fixed and how to maintain my system to avoid future problems.

I would highly recommend this company. We hired Option one plumbing to install a whole home water filter.
Daniel, our tech was on time and very professional. He went through all the work with us a head of time to make sure everything was accurate. Once completed, Daniel reviewed all the features of the unit and stayed an extra 40 minutes to allow the unit to run to…ensuring that there was no issues.

The person showed up on time, he stated before doing anything thing else or trying anything else he had to remove the toilet and charge me $615.38. I had to wait for almost two hours for the camera person to show up, then he charged me another $2657.38 for roto rooter to come out and dig up the old pipe, even though I was told I wouldn't be charged for the clean out of the line if I allowed them to do the digging of the old pipeline and replacing it. But I charged any was.

This is an absolutely awesome company. They are thorough, professional and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone!

My review is based on initial inspection and estimate. The gentleman that came was very polite and professional. Maybe I'm out of touch with pricing these days but I had laminate flooring put in and needed my pedestal sink raised ½inch to fit the pedestal or a vanity at that same sink also I had problem with a bad cartridge in a shower preventing me from getting hot water after years of use. I was quoted $1300 to raise sink to fit pedestal or $1500 to install vanity and almost $500 to fix bad cartridge in shower... well it pays to get 2nd opinion or estimate because I found another company to do for lil over $800.. it took 6 hours total for one worker which included a ½ lunch that I gratefully paid for and a 40 minute store run by this same worker to Lowes to buy the right cartrige for shower...so 5- 5½ hours worth of work for $800+ instead of $2000.

Leon and Sidney at IRV plumbing and electric came out to fix my toilet on today. They were very professional and Leon was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what the problem was with the clog. My nephews had came over one weekend and put a toy or something in the toilet so this was very frustrating to not be able to flush the toilet. Leon and Sidney both explained that my toilet had to be replaced with a new toilet because whatever was stuck in the toilet was wedged into the toilet. I was concerned about the price but he was able to get me a good affordable price for the new toilet. They installed the new toilet and it was good. Thank you Leon and Sidney. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!! I will call again for repair to my second toilet.

John did a great job repairing my dishwasher water line. Came out twice to be sure it was working correctly. Very thorough! Would recommend and use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.

A Sunday afternoon and D.R. Jordan came out within 30 minutes. Traits not always prevalent in today's world is who they are: integrity, totally honest, and just good people who take their business and reputation very seriously. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

We had a major sewage back up in both of our public restrooms which caused us to have to close our business until it could be resolved. After attempting to snake without any luck a technician named Adonis came next and after surveying the situation explained our options using a hydro technique. He explained the advantages and risk involved. It was Adonis professionalism and confidence that reassured us that this was our best option to take despite the risk. Needless to say our clog is cleared with no damage and we have resumed business as usual.

Owen was very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our pipes in no time at all and even gave recommendations on next steps. Would definitely call this company again!

Robin and Joe were very helpful and knowledgeable. Robin installed a sink faucet for us and replaced our washers and it is working like a dream! Joe came and installed our water filter under the sink. Everything is working great. They came exactly on time and were very professional. I highly recommend them!
