Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Charlotte NC

Just paid over $400 to replace a bathroom fan. Seriously? If you were going to charge me that much for a minor job warn me before sending someone out at $99 to tell me that yes, indeed the fan does not work (no d'uh). They were trying to up-sell me to over $700 with their plan and needless surge protector. Really? I need a surge protector for a bathroom fan that was running safely for the eight years I've owned the house? Not ever using these guys again!

Great for emergency. Friendly, efficient, on time and quality service but they are expensive.

Not so good, the tech quoted me a price and mid-way during the job he added more money. On the 2nd day of the job, he told me it would take 2hrs. He took over 10hrs, that’s after a full day on 1st day. He left for material for two hrs. Now I have to pay more money to get have someone my repair the 9 cut out holes he made to find what he was looking for,he told “better to have holes than a electrical fire.” I wish I knew how to post the photos ?

Brian came to help us with our stairs today. He ended up also helping us with our door knobs and our tub drainage problem. He was very professional and courteous. Got everything fixed efficiently. Excellent service! Thanks Brian!

Overall ok. He rebuilt two small wooden gates and adjusted the drop on a gutter. Seemed expensive (~$900), but maybe that's just what handymen cost these days. He borrowed some shovels and didn't clean and put them away.
