We had water in our basement from a clogged drain. Roby services were fast and professional in their diagnosis and solution. I highly recommend their services.

The company was very responsive and the plumber that showed up, showed up on time and was very nice. I opted not to do the work at this moment because I felt the job was overpriced. I am not a plumber myself but I am a homeowner. The sink I have I paid less than $100 for last year. The sink included (2) stainless steel drains. My issue was the threads on my plastic trap assembly were stripped and the plastic trap needed replaced/replumbed. The quote included (2) stainless steel drains for my 1 yr old sink at $191/ea. Even if it were just 1 it is still twice as much as I paid for the sink at Home Depot. Even then I do not see how the threads on a stainless steel drain can be damaged by plastic threads on the trap. This made me think that the whole job was way overpriced so I just paid my $70 trip charge and declined the work.

On September 4th, Call 1 performed several repairs to the exterior of our home. The cost was very reasonable and Paul was able to schedule the work to meet our schedule. The quality of his work is outstanding and without hesitation, I would highly recommend Call 1 for a variety of home repairs. It is very difficult in this day and time to find someone you can trust that performs this type of work for a fair price and high quality. We will certainly call on him for future projects.
