Best Outdoor Water Leak in Charlotte NC

I called Julian's Plumbing to repair a leaky shower and also assess a water pressure issue and water hammer noise. Jason was at my house in less than one hour and remedied two of the three problems. He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.

Jason was courteous, thoughtful and, most importantly gave me a frank assessment of my problems. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing for residential repairs.

I had a rental property with an old cast iron pipe leak and had to move the tenants out to do the repairs it was going to be a 3 day job that ended up taking a week and a half. One of the nights at 7:30 pm they were still working and locked them selfs out of the townhome. I was eating dinner and had to leave to go let them back in. And to mention the price to get this done was absolutely ridiculous. An absolute mess and don't recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

As first-time homeowners, our water main leaking was the first major plumbing issue we've run into. Dustin was professional, straight forward, and informative in explaining the problem and giving us our options. He stayed late to make sure it was fixed that day since we didn't have water, and helped us refill and relight our water heater that we had drained preemptively. IU cannot say enough great things about our experience and we will definitly reach out to Mr. Rooter agains hould we have any problems!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were told by another company that our grinder pump needed to be replaced and they were going to charge us over $8K. Matthew and Bobby with AAA City Plumbing came out and said check your breaker box and low and behold that's all it was. Flipped the switch and we are back in business. City told us we needed a water line replacement and we were responsible. Wasn' the best news to hear, but Rapid Rooter took care of it for us.
