Best Outdoor Water Leak in Charlotte NC

Donald did an amazing job! He was prompt getting here, looked thoroughly to diagnose the issue and went above and beyond to help us get it fixed! He set us up with a contractor for the part they couldn’t get to, but made 100% sure a contractor was needed before moving forward with it, and even brought him up to speed and stayed to make sure all went well. We had a diagnosis and a fix all within two days! Very happy with the service and will absolutely use them again should anything happen in the future!

My water main leading to the house started leaking. They sent me Mike Buckley to the rescue. At first I thought it was a water line leading to my sprinkler system. Mike spent the time convincing me (very nicely and professionally) it was my main water line. It was getting to be 8:30 or 9 at night and I asked when could you start and he said in the morning. The next day my water line was fixed. Let me tell you, it was no simple task to install a water main at my house. I have a circular wall and driveway they had to figure out how to get under it and they did. I even liked the excavating and trenching guys very helpful and never gave up. This same company replaced my hot water heater a couple of years back. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

I had been very apprehensive of calling a plumber in because I live alone but he was very professional and calmed my nerves instantly. Well, he did it again! Scott is amazing!

Back in July he came out to investigate a leak, made a suggestion and said he would return if that was not the answer.

With special family events pending, I needed to wait but last week (5 weeks after the first visit) we began using the toilet as suggested and it started leaking.

He came yesterday - I called at 11 and he was here at 5 and stayed until almost 7. We discussed the options and to my horror (but agreement) he had to cut through the ceiling. He did suggest this as an option in his first visit and in hindsight, that wood was rotted, so it had to be done.

He found and showed me the leak in like 30 seconds.

He came back today with BJ (very helpful), pulled the old toilet, repaired the flange, installed a new toilet and even saved me a bit off the estimate since he was able to approach the repair in a different way.

The area is very clean and with his suggestions, I have a better toilet than I did before.

This guy is awesome - ask for Scott!! ?

John Bird (63) came out to my home last Friday. He was prompt, courteous, and able to assess the situation with the plumbing issue in my laundry room quickly. He went above an beyond even draining my washer out so I didn't have water just sitting in it for a week while waiting on the pipes to thaw. I will utilize this company again for any future needs.

I thought the srevice was fast and great. The technician ron was very professional and got the job done well. I would definitely called again and recommend this company to everyone.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT TO FIX A CLOG THAT ONLY COST ME $200 BUCKS TO FIX. THE PLUMBER TOLD ME HE HAD TO TEAR MY TOILETS OFF OF THE FLOOR WHICH WAS TOTALLY FALSE. I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 20 MIN. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER HE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM. ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS THEIR SERVICE FEE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY WOULDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT GET IT FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

Plumber was early and while he could not fix problem right away, had to order new parts, explained the issue and what to expect

My breaker kept tripping every time my water was on for 5 minutes (sometimes a little bit longer) I was convinced it was my well, which is a MAJOR expense. I called John at 6:30a.m. and he was at my house by 7:30a.m.

After John did some diagnostics, come to find out it was my water tank, which is significantly cheaper to replace than a well. He quoted me a price that was at least $100 cheaper than the next guy.

To say the least, I would recommend him to anyone. He is trustworthy, HONEST, affordable, and knows what he is doing. I was very pleased with the work. Haven't had a problem since!

I reached out to E. R. Plumbing Services on Monday afternoon. They offered to try to squeeze me in on Tuesday but to accommodate my schedule we set the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. For what its worth, they scheduled it as after lunch with the plumber to call me once they had a firm idea of how their day was shaping up - probably a way to manage expectations and avoid the customer dissatisfaction of a missed exact time promise so this didn't bother me at all.Reggie arrived around 2:30pm (I did get a call from the office announcing his ETA prior to his arrival) and after I showed him the bathroom with the issue he got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed w/in 5-10 minutes and then looked at the refrigerator water line issue with me. He gracefully accommodated my hey, while you're here can you take a quick look at my water heater question and was able to provide some advice (and peace of mind) on that as well. Reggie did a good job of explaining the why behind each of my concerns and his recommendations in a lay-person friendly manner.In the end, he replaced all the important innards in the toilet tank, swapped out the water line behind the fridge (after noticing a small leak that we hadn't realized was there), and left me with a good understanding of the health of my water heater and was out the door by 3:45pm for a total onsite time of just over an hour.A very satisfactory experience all around and I'd have no hesitation in having E. R. Plumbing Services (and Reggie) back out again to help in the future.
