My service technician was Chris Jones. He gave me a call as to when he was arriving according to my scheduled time. He arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. We agreed to what the problem was. He calculated a price before starting the job. I agreed to his quote. He got his tools and finished the job within the hour. I was happy with the repair, the time frame and the many conversations we had while he worked. He was very courteous in the fact that he noticed throughout my house is white carpet. He took his shoes off and on during the times he had to go to his truck and then to re-enter my house. I didn't ask him to do that but it was greatly appreciated and I just had my carpet cleaned.
Overall I was very happy with the work and would definitely hire this company again.

Brett is great. Having a flooring company myself, I know it's hard to get good contractors. With Brett I never have a problem getting him to a job, and I know that the job will be done correct. They responded quickly and took the time to investigate all key aspects of the plumbing infrastructure to ensure that not only the leak issue was resolved but all potential issues were identified so they could be resolved before causing an issue. Their work included coordinating the home warranty approvals through necessary inspections to insure that all aspects were successfully complete in a timely manner. We are now confident in the house plumbing and ready to move in our original schedule!

Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. The job turned out to be more work than expected, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the job very quickly. He is also a super nice, very professional guy! Brett tested our water. He did an amazing job giving us options for whole house water filtration systems. He also did a maintenance on our tankless water heater and now our water heater is back to working. We will be using them again.
