Best New Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

Serviced my tankless water heater. Jeff was so thorough. I have used this company for other plumbing jobs, too. They are always knowledgeable and do a good job.

They were the 3rd plumbing company doing the assessment of our kitchen drain. In just a couple hours our issue was resolved.

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!
ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you again Brett!!! Way to make me believe in excellent customer service again!!

Michael the tech. who serviced our plumbing issue was excellent. He called ahead to give me an ETA along with a picture to validate his identity. Michael resolved the water leak we had coming from our master bathroom shower. He was professional in putting down plastic and a catch cloth to protect our flooring from any debris. I have nothing but praise for Michael and Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

Tankless water heater annual flush and service. Replaced outdoor water faucet as well. Checked other under sink areas for leaks.

Jason installed a water filter for me to filter my well water. He was able to do this only one day after I requested the work. Pretty fast.

Wonderful World of Plumbing came by and fixed a damaged flapper that had caused me problems since we bought our home. This thing caused the toilet in my bonus room to flood leading to the whole room having to me mitigated. Damion finally found and solved the issue when others couldn't and we are grateful. Thank you for your professionalism brother and I highly recommend your company to anyone with plumbing issues.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and really personable. I had a blocked pipe and he walked me through all the steps that he was taking to fix it and thoroughly explained everything in layman's terms so that it was easy to understand. The services were very reasonably priced and Chris kept me updated every step of the way. I will definitely be giving Chris a call for any future plumbing needs!

Rob of Zoom drain did an amazing job! Experienced, personable, kind and considerate. Also didn’t charge as much as some awful companies I’ve worked with (like being quoted $150 to replace the toilet handle!). Highly recommend!

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

He will be first call from now on for any plumbing needs I may have for my home or any of my rental properties.
