Bobby came out to help our elderly friend quickly. She had lost power to one room. Window air unit and fan not working. Extremely hot in the house for August and an elderly lady. I highly recommend Toliny Plumbing and Electric as they really go above and beyond for customers. They did for me when I needed a new hot water heater installed. Tony is courteous, service oriented and does excellent, efficient work. He showed up on time and was ready to get to work. He kept me informed throughout the process as he did his work. He explained how I could do maintenance for my hot water heater so it will have a longer life. I was amazed at just how dirty the water was in the hot water heater due to sediment building in the tank. Because this was part of other work that needed to be done, he planned it so that there was not any waste of time. He actually saved me money by telling me a second repair was not needed as it was working correctly and not leaking as I thought. He was willing to answer other questions about plumbing for me to help me become more knowledgeable which is extremely good for someone like me who wants to understand the details. I would use Tony again for my plumbing issues. I just want to say thanks for a job well done!

Repairs didn't last. Offered $25.00 off bill to review right then. Employee standing watching. Came out in a few days after initial call. Worked efficiently and addressed issues. answered all questions. Would definitely use again. I no longer live there. Moved out of state but I would not use again. So-so work for lots of money! Thought the person recommending knew what they were able to do. Obviously not!!

This isn’t a review about the business itself but we saw this company’s van parked at the gas station and the men in the van was watching us very creepily as we were putting on our coverups in our car (we just came from the lake). then they waited for us to come back out of QT and get in our car before leaving

I lost power to my well pump around Thanksgiving last year. I contacted
Arch and a nice man came out and trouble shot the issue. I was told that the best thing to do is replace and upgrade the line going to the pump and shed. I agreed and he set out white flags and took photos. He told me someone else would be out to give me a estimate. A week or so later another guy came out took measurements. I received a proposal on 12/15/21 I accepted. The county came out and marked power and cable lines. Then they went silent so I called them a few time to talk to booking. I got an excuse each time Mike just stepped out. Never got a return call from Mike. I finally found a company that wasn't booked and no longer need your services. Communication is the key, call the customer and say we under estimated or we are just not capable of doing the work. Don't just leave them hanging!
