I had a clogged main sewage and had called another plumber. They were unable to clear the line and gave me a huge quote to fix the issue.

I then called Rapid-Rooter and John Bird arrived on time and was able to clear the clog, located the issues, and even found my second clean-out access that had I had seen since my house was built 12 years ago.

After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. The job turned out to be more work than expected, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the job very quickly. He is also a super nice, very professional guy! He was very patient and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again if the need arises. We highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing!!!!
